Excellent motel with lots of room and comfort. Really liked the separate sitting area and lots of surface area. Quiet (despite being full to capacity) and clean. Thought the breakfast was a little thin (no hot food except a waffle, little fruit, old bagels). The beds, which seemed to be very good, didn't suit my back, but my back is quirky. Also, I could never get the thermostat to work properly. I called the desk and took their advice, but I think something is wrong with the heating system in that room (413). This place is starting to show some wear, but overall a very high quality place to stay in Morgantown. Would stay again.

Difficult to turn left out of driveway.

All staff I met were friendly and helpful. I also liked the location of the property. Dunk'n Donuts, Dominoes Pizza, Apple Bees and other grocery stores were very close. I also liked that the room had a network cable for more reliable Internet connection. The wifi was also great, but for a zoom meeting I had to use the network cable for my laptop to get better experience (no interruptions or echos as in using the wifi).

After I stayed around a week, I wanted to extend my stay but I was told that the prices are going to be high (double) because of the graduation season in West Virginia University. This was happening all over Morgantown. However, since I was willing to stay in total 10 days, you would expect to get the normal rate since rooms will be full only for 2 days for graduation or so.

Room was hot and stuffy could get NO AC - Breakfast was good and bed was good

HAVING NO AC AND THE BATHROOM WAS NOT TOTALLY CLEAN -- also after the funeral we came back to the hotel and found out that Happy hour was not till 6-8 normally it starts at 4 everywhere else. We came back with family members and had some beers in the lounge and the young girl that came to set up the bar told us we couldn't drink our own beer. We're just waiting for you to open and we were having just one. Another family came in and sat at the booth with their pizza and beer AND NOTHING WAS SAID TO THEM.. NOT RIGHT

The suite was immaculate. Apparently recently renovated. Gigantic suite. Beyond comfortable. The shower hot. Can't say enough about the room and staff. They were exceptional. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Morgantown!

Even at 10, there could be improvement. The breakfast offerings just aren't up to that level. Not enough selection, but more importantly a single coffee machine, difficult to operate, time consuming, leads to lines. Use a carafe. Rather than cold Jimmy Dean microwave biscuits, offer eggs, sausage and biscuits on a steam tray. Fix breakfast and you're PERFECT!

I DID like the location (it was close to where we needed to go). The only thing I didn't like was crossing lanes of traffic to get into the parking lot (I'm not a fan of traffic).

Best value, clean, conveniently located near University and main highway through Morgantown. Also next to a bowling alley!

Some of the staff (bartender, morning breakfast staff person) were a bit snippy. Also very difficult to turn left out of the hotel because of proximity to traffic light so we had to go around back and exit on another street.

Nice ambience and clean

No meat or eggs with breakfast. Room AC practically froze us all night, couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Closet door--Hallway--Bathroom design is horrible with needing to open/shut doors and have room to move around. Stop with the propaganda CNN running non-stop on the lobby tvs....it needs to end.

layout of room is very nice

breakfast bar is minimum at most ....our room had a musty smell and the hallway carpets need a thorough steam bath or remodel with tile. I asked for a low floor, we are both disabled but our room was on 3rd floor. I didn't ask to changeit was too uch trouble

The room was set up like an apartment with a separate sitting area with couch, tv, wet sink, micro and frig. The bedroom was separated and extremely spacious. I have paid more at other hotels/motels and received a lot less in amenities. Happy hour was the best.

The cleaning staff walking into our room on day 2 while we were sleeping when they said no room cleaning until day 3. Your outlets are terrible. You need to fix them. Everyone has the same complaint.
