All the staff was very nice, very clean room and great location. Ryan at the front desk was really nice and so was the older gentleman, in breakfast. But one person that I would like to talk about was Laura at the front desk. She was so Great at her job, very polite and one thing that makes her stand out, is how she takes the time to get to know her guests and find out how their stay is, if they need anything during their stay and what brings them to town. Those are traits in employees, that you seldom find anymore. When I use to run hotels, I would have truly enjoyed having more employees like Laura and I want to Thank You, for having her at this property. We travel a lot to Morgantown, to see my grandson and because of Laura’s unique personality and professionalism, we will definitely be returning to this property again. Please Thank everyone for us, for a Great Stay and especially Laura and I hope she is compensated very well on her pay and job title, because she deserves a raise and a promotion. Thank You all again.

Not really anything, it was a Great Stay.

The property was very modernly designed, clean, and looked overall very nice especially for the price. There was one woman specifically that I would like to mention and I am really surprised she isn’t manager or even higher on the chain in this hotel because her customer service skills were the best I’ve ever dealt with. She was kind and welcoming, she treated us very very well our entire time at the hotel. Her name was Laura Moore she worked the front desk. She was exceptional at her job I’ve never dealt with a more friendly and overall professional front desk clerk at any of the hotels I’ve stayed in.

I can honestly say there wasn’t a thing I did not like about my stay here.

Another wonderful stay! I go to Morgantown every month for medical care, and La Quinta has become my home away from home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is comfortable and inviting. The full breakfast has always been good. It is a pet friendly hotel. Just as an FYI, the beds are on the firm side. Depending on your preference, this could be good or bad. 😊

There is nowhere to sit outside. It would be nice to at least have a couple of benches somewhere. The temperature in the pool room is extremely hot. It feels like a sauna. My mother has COPD, and she finds it difficult to breath in there, as the high temperature along with the pool water makes it very humid. The pool water temperature is fine, but the room itself was so hot that we decided against using the pool. Very disappointing. These two issues are minor, overall. We don't stay at this hotel for the pool or for it's (lack of) outdoor space. La Quinta will continue to be our go to hotel, each month. But it would be nice if these issues could be addressed.

I have been going to Morgantown approximately once a month for medical reasons. I always stay at LA Quinta. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and the entire hotel is clean and cozy.. Breakfast is always tasty, and usually included eggs (one morning it was sausage gravy and biscuits!), bacon or sausage, breads, waffle maker, cereals, juices, and more that I am probably forgetting. They are very good about making sure that everything is full. The rooms are clean and comfy. The indoor pool is wonderful. On my last stay (06/06/2023), I got sick in the late evening. The gentleman working the front desk (I wish that I got his name!) was so very kind. He ran some Alka Seltzer to my room for me, rather than make me run down to the lobby to get it (I just charged it to my room). I was so sick, and he was so sweet. I cannot express my appreciation enough. I hope that he and his manager read this, so that they both know how much his kindness meant to me. It wasn't just that he ran the medicine to my room for me, it was also the care that he showed in our phone conversation. THANK YOU!

I wish that there were an outdoor area to sit. The grounds are very pretty, and it would be nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy it. Just some benches would be nice.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! We always bring our fur baby Jackson and they always give him treats and love on him every time we walk past the front desk and he loves every minute of it! It's always super clean. The beds are always super comfy and the pool is the best! We always stay here when I have to come to town for heart appointments and they always offer a hospital discount every time we stay! We love this hotel ♥️

Everything was great except for the Wifi 😂 It kept disconnecting every few minutes but other than that it was amazing!

The room was large, TV was large also and worked well, had enough plugs for all the cords for all the devices, room temp stayed even and comfortable, fridge worked well, breakfast was amazing, staff was very kind and helpful, location was right off the highway and near many food places.

The bed was a bit too hard for me and we noticed ants in our room, informed staff and they were very understanding and said they would definitely take care of this. These were the only negative things about the whole stay.

Breakfast was great, many options hot and cold. Waffle maker, sausages (no bacon), scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal (cold 3 kinds) plus warm cereals (oatmeals 2 kinds), Milk, 3 types of juices (incl. OJ) Yogurt (though they were half the regular size), cream cheese, PB+J Honey coffees, teas, newspaper. Room was great had 2 queens, very clean all around, quiet (even on New Years Eve!) Beds were soft but not to soft, only ding was the pillows, they give you 3 each, but they are half the size they used to be, still plump, but half the size. We stayed in a diff. hotel day before and same thing so maybe this is new standard? Wifi was great, tv great, Restaurant behind the property up the hill (drive or walk they have a staircase built) just a sportsbar but some decent food, salads, chix, burgers and appetizers mostly. Swimming pool was being used and chlorinated peeked in and looked clean with towels and chairs. Nice lobby, small concession area for basic necessities (aspirin, snacks, pop, juices, candy etc... decently priced) Nice decor throughout, and elevator worked properly. Enjoy your stay!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean and accommodating. We stayed because of my son's early doctor's appointment and were pleasantly surprised with all the Family Fun activities so close to the hotel!!🙂

They did have signs posted that they were working on the issue But was a little disappointed with the pool area being so slick. My daughter fell twice so we didn't enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked too😏

The bed was really comfortable - nice and firm with a little softness on top. The housekeeping staff was very nice as well, and I enjoyed the personalized notes. The breakfast choices were limited, but sufficient, and the coffee was actually pretty enjoyable.

There were no hooks or bars for towels in the bathrooms! This bothered me so much that I couldn't stop bringing it up to my partner for the duration of our five day stay. I almost went to walmart and bought command hooks to make some myself.

Everything. It was all great. Will definitely be staying here again soon! Extremely satisfied with our stay here. Comfortable fit for a family of two adults, two children & an infant! We all loved it here!

There was nothing we didn’t like when it came to the room. The staff was also great. Breakfast was delicious. Check in was fast and convenient. The ONLY two issues we encountered was 1.) the floor around the pool. Extremely slippery to the point both of my children fell and got hurt, just by walking (not running at all) into the pool area. & 2.) we parked around back so we could come inside by the elevators, but our keys to that door wouldn't always let us into that door, so we’d have to walk around to the next door, which isn’t always easy with full hands.
