Well modernised hotel. Clean, comfortable. Excellent breakfast and Italian restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff

Spa and swimming pool was underwhelming compared with others in the area. Overengineered electrics and internet leading to unnecessary complications

What a wonderful Hotel this is! Beautiful building, completely new decorated rooms with luxury all around, fantastic foods and facilities. And this is all set in beautiful surroundings with Mountain views. Then the super professional en friendly check in and very kind staff in the Hotel... Must come again.... Winter will be wonderful also.....highly recommend it!

Loved all the staff in the hotel. All very helpful, the food was great in the asian restaurant too. Fantastic wine list.

The room, ok was the cheapest category, but was tired and in need of renovation. The shower doors were falling apart.

The breakfast was excellent, I had to leave early and the breakfast was not officially open but the staff let me in early and were very accomodating.

Fantastic staff!! Spa was fantastic - just wish the 90C sauna would be active before 3pm. Ski lift at walking distance - just be aware that due to limited capacity due to COVID, the waiting time to go up in with the gondola in the morning can be quite long if you're not very early. Once up in the area no significant lines (Eastern holiday). Great little area - will have to come back when there's fresh snow, so I can explore further! Super ski storage under hotel with private lockers!! Best I've seen.

Room and bathroom was outdated. With the prices, I really shouldn't have to fight with the shower door to get it closed properly. FYI, cheese fondue not available in COVID-times.

Very nice hotel and fantastic staff. Cant be better. The rooms were big and very clean. The breakfast was also great with a lot of options.

The furniture is a bit old or less modern I would say. A future upgrade would be advisable.

Great location, attentive staff, really good spa area and swimming pool, delicious Mediterranean food served at the Italian restaurant, free parking and great breakfast. Excellent choice overall.

Old style room furniture and, in particular, bathroom with uncomfortable bath-tub, taking a shower is a real mess: water all over the floor with shower head turning continuously. I was longing for a real shower

The staff (reception, housekeeping, spa, restaurant&bar) was extraordinarily welcoming and professional.

The room would be perfect if only the curtains would black out the light. For the rest, perfect!
