To my surprise, Freddy promptly resolved the matter and even followed up with a text. Their commitment to excellent service and genuine care is truly remarkable. Additionally, they provide smart TVs so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix or HBO. It's a feature that even some 5-star hotels struggle to match. Every morning, you'll be treated to a complimentary breakfast that goes beyond the standard buffet. Theresa, in particular, ensures that everything is tailored to your preferences. Due to its boutique nature, with only 12 rooms, this hotel excels in personalized service. You won't have to endure long check-in waits or impersonal interactions.

Everything at 352 was beyond belief. I trust my instincts when booking renovated historic boutique hotels but this time we really lucked into stunning beauty, friendly family-like owners and staff, and carefully curated experience for what was an 8 day stay part work part travel. my morning coffee and breakfast set every day off perfectly, the location is ideal, right on a Main Street of Old San Juan but tucked into its own corner of serenity so even the Spring Break crowds never bothered us one bit once we entered the doors. thank you for a magical stay!

If you're coming to Puerto Rico and want to have an AUTHENTIC cultural experience, don't bother with the resorts in Condado – 352 Guest House is a beautiful, low key and expertly-maintained Spanish colonial house in the heart of Old San Juan. The colonial infrastructure is striking and well-preserved, but still has all the amenities you could ask for from a modern hotel (air conditioning, internet TV, keycard entry, renovated bathrooms, etc.). If that isn't convincing enough, I promise you that you can't beat its location: many of Old San Juan's shops and restaurants are within walking distance, including landmarks like Castillo San Cristobal/San Felipe del Morro (less than 5-10 minutes away on foot). When it came time to check out, I was literally sad to leave because the ambiance and service here was so outstanding (shout out to hotel manager Frankie!). Don't think twice, just book it now and thank me later.

I had no complaints about my stay, but prospective travelers should be aware that this is a small hotel. If you're traveling with many people and need to book lots of rooms, this property may not be a great fit for you. Additionally, if you struggle to climb stairs, be aware that most rooms (at least the ones I saw/stayed in) are on the second floor of the hotel.

The location is second to none. Right in the heart of Old San Juan, convenient to shopping and dining, with a spectacular rooftop deck that overlooks the entire area. The staff is amazing, from the smooth check-in with mimosas to accommodating requests they are extremely helpful. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and served in a beautiful sunlit room. The entire hotel is well designed, integrating the impressive historical aspects of the building with modern amenities. This was our second stay on the way home from Vieques and it was even better than the first. I would highly recommend the rooms on the second floor - we were in room 7 - as they have beautiful frosted glass windows in the historic doors that open onto the sunlit marble hall. Beds were extremely comfortable, showers were nice and hot, rooms were quiet, just an exceptional experience.

Nothing, except that we didn't have time to try out the rooftop jacuzzi - maybe next time!

Central location in Old San Juan; walking distance to main restaurants and attractions The whole experience staying at 352 Guest House is really well thought out, the rooms, the lounge area, the rooftop and the jacuzzi and the breakfast! This didn't affect my experience at all but just something I noticed for feedback - it would be nice to turn the fan on/off in the bathroom. It's a little loud if you are just using the vanities/sink.

Breakfast was excellent with unmatched service. Location was excellent within easy and safe walking distance to all of old san juan. Staff accommodated all of our needs and were engaged with the six of us for the entire week. Quite, clean, and safe environment make for a relaxing atmosphere adult travelers.

Wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Old San Juan--the rooftop jacuzzi is sublime, with a much larger terrace and couches below it, and the family who owns/runs it were so friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and help with parking. Loved our stay!!

This is a very tiny thing that did not negatively affect our enjoyment, but we would have appreciated more towel hooks in the bathroom since we had nowhere to hang our towels from the jacuzzi in addition to our regular bath towels.

This hotel was fantastic. The whole place was comfortable and beautiful and the bed was very comfy. The hotel’s aesthetic (with wood beams and art) was so charming. And they gave us mimosas when we arrived! There was a hot tub on the roof deck, and sitting in the tub watching the view of the city at night was one big highlight of our whole trip. Breakfast was great too. Better than the resort breakfast that we paid $90 for - and it was free! We can’t wait to return and highly recommend to anyone else.

Beautiful historical house, renovated and decorated tastefully with a perfect location in the old town of San Juan. The room was spacious with very high ceilings, very clean and with small details such as personalised key cards. The breakfast was absolutely devine, high quality and beautiful presented with the best coffee in San Juan! The hotel is family run, Teresa and Freddy made you feel very welcome with their warm hospitality. The hotel also has a roof top with a jacuzzi, sun beds and comfortable and relaxing seating areas with nice views. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, everything was just perfect!!

The breakfast was amazing, the room absolutely charming, the location was the best for exploring old town San Juan. I loved the history of the building.

I wish I could have stayed here longer and look forward to my next visit to San Juan.
