We received an amazingly warm welcome from the business next door which manages the property. Very friendly and welcoming. The property met every expectation. Very clean and everything matched the description. We had rooftop cocktails that we got at a restaurant down the street to go on our last night. This was for a belated anniversary, and we are glad we chose this location. Great way to finish the trip! Would definitely stay again.

Only thing we would recommend is it is a busy through street and was very loud at night. Probably should have some ear plugs for the street activities. Did have a very rowdy couple next door that were fighting for several hours our 2nd night.

Amazing location in the heart of OSJ, a beautiful old building with a great rooftop space (that you have a partial sea view from!) and stylish common area indoor spaces on each floor. Enjoyed the mini balcony in our room as well!

I've read other reviewers mention the beds being uncomfortable, street noise at night and showers being very small. These are all more or less true, but I personally had no issue sleeping through the night without waking up. Bed was comfy and the noise was to to be expected based on the location (which is in the heart of OSJ and very wclose to absolutely everything). Bathroom was indeed tiny, but such a small amount of discomfort was not enough to spoil the rest of the experience.

Great location. This is a 2 star accommodation and that's what you are getting. I stayed in room 10 which was on the 3rd floor and had a terrace. Yes, you have to walk up 50 steps, but what bnb has an elevator. Does it get a little loud in the morning and sometimes at night, yes but you're staying in old san juan on one of the main streets, what do you expect I saw many complaints about it being cold in the room - I found the temperature fine with the blanket provided. Puerto Rico is hot, so luke warm showers are perfectly fine for me. The rooftop and lounge areas are nice. There is a washer dryer you can use if you need to and filtered water to fill your bottles.

Very nice location in the centre of old San Juan. Room was nice and had a beautiful view on the street. Feels very authentic in an old traditional building. Common areas are really beautiful: floor patio, rooftop with view on all San Juan… And staff was very nice and gave us all the infos we needed :)

The Room is not very comfy - the bed was a bit old and too soft, and the shower had a very little pressure. Moreover, the room is quite noisy, what is often the case in old buildings - so not very well isolated from the street and from the other rooms. Lastly, just note that it is difficult to park a car around because of the traffic - I recommand to go to a parking 5 min walking distance.

Location was excellent - right in the middle of the Old City and walking distance to everything. Room was spacious and we liked that it had french doors that opened onto the street (although it made it louder at night). Common spaces were nice. Bathroom was small but adequate, good hot water. We were only there for one night but would have been fine for a longer stay.

Communication with staff was poor - our confirmation (even on day of check in) said luggage could be left in their store downstairs the next day after check out, but it was a holiday and the store was not open. Staff did not respond to emails requesting more information. Fortunately, the pharmacy across the street was able to hold bags for $1/each per day

This was a very nice little place just off of a busy street. We booked a balcony room and it was wonderful to be able to relax at the end of the day and just people watch. We even had a visit from a kitty cat that lives next door.

The check in process was easy for us but we did encounter a lady trying to check in after hours. She was having issues getting the key to her room from the lock box and was unfortunately being harassed by a man on the street. We offered to help but she was finally able to get in contact with the business. Apparently contacting help is a bit hard after business hours.

The bed was great, staff Amazing, location off the charts and the room was great it just needs a little upgrading in some of the areas however, they are working on making the place Fantastic! We enjoyed ourselves and look forward in going again to Navona in Old San Juan!!!!

I would recommend that a microwave be placed in the room just in case individual have health issues and need something to eat.

The entire building was clean. The location is fantastic, absolutely convenient. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. There is central AC which runs high all day which I absolutely loved. The roof top and common space were great too.

The mattress should be replaced, you sink into the mattress anytime you lay down and the hot water in the bathroom was scalding hot with no way to adjust.

The property was really nice it was clean and very well maintained. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. It was in the heart of Old San Juan and close to sight seeing attractions, food and entertainment. Also there was a rooftop deck which gave you views of the city which was cool.

There was no elevator and you had to walk up a few flights of stairs, but I understand that it’s an older structure not fit for an elevator in the current time. The hot water could have been hotter but still comfortable for showering.

Balcony room was great for people watching. Location was great. Rooftop deck was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our 3 nights here. We did Uber here after dropping off a rental car on our month-long visit to the island.

Bathroom was small, but it worked fine for us. Street was noisy, and it would bother some people, but we felt that it added to the excitement that Old San Juan and Puerto Rico truly are!
