Al Mansour Plaza Hotel Doha

Room was okay, but we noticed that basic necessities like towels, and toothbrush are not available in the room. Though it was given upon request. Staffs are okay. Very helpful.

The time waiting upon getting the room. It took like an hour for me in the reception coz there’s only one staff accommodating the incoming guests as well as phone inquiries, so I don’t have a choice but to wait. The accuracy upon booking, coz the next day reception called me mistakenly addressing me with other name. The mattress or bed foam needs to be changed.

The lady working as a receptionnist at the front desk of the hotel is very welcoming. I think she is called Naomie (according to his badge, I didn't ask her name). She is very friendly and smiling. I say this because the first impression one has when arriving in a place has a great influence on the sequence of events to come. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. In the shower, everything is at your disposal : a Mocca shampoo, Mocca shower gel, Mocca soap, Mocca shaving kit,... only a Mocca perfume is missing hahaha Thanks also to the security guard who is helpful. Al Mansour Plaza Hotel Doha, located near a metro station, is the best value for money in Doha.

The location was great. There was hot and cold water, everything was clean and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth.The bed was so comfortable we overslept and missed our flight.

The pictures are a little old. In reality the hotel is a little worn, there's some cracks in the wall (nothing crazy), in the tile, it's kinda old-fashioned. I also found it strange that the pool closes at 6pm, we only got back to the hotel at 8pm so we didn't get to enjoy it, sadly. Also, beware they don't have a restaurant.

Excellent room, comfortable bed and excellent location if you are looking to stay in doha. 2 minutes walk to Metro, nearby restaurants and shops of every kind. Prefer staying above the 3rd floor as the club downstairs will disturb your comfort.

For a 4-star hotel, the washrooms were a total disappointment, not bad but for a 4-star hotel they could have been planned better. The drainage of the shower is poor as water spreads across the toilet. Not as bad but not as per 4star standard.

Overall everything- Location, hospitality and staff. Specially the staff at the reception named Rachelle was so flexible and cooperative. Whenever I asked anything necessary there was nothing that was denied by Ms.Rachelle and the hotel management must appreciate and motivate such staff. Totally a positive Customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this Hotel for short and long stays, where you will never be disappointed for anything.

The bed was comfortable, the location was great, the staff was welcoming, the hotel has nearby shops and every facility you need for.

The washrooms were a disappointment for the hotel. Not bad but not up to the mark for a 4 star hotel. The hotel has a club on the ground floor so at night it went loud however if you are at 2nd floor and above, this won't be a problem.

The rooms are big enough and very spacious. The interior decor is also so nice and gives one a homely feeling. I loved the bed too

It was extremely cold in the room and I tried to heat it up but failed on several attempts. It'll be quite thoughtful of you if you looked into that .I also wasn't able to access the swimming pool

What I love about this hotel is the fully carpeted rooms. It gives you the feeling of being home.. the warmth and the comfort. And mostly the friendly receptionists Ms. Ella and the other Filipina I guess her name is Ms. Rachel. They were so accomodating and gave consideration for giving us room on the higher floor.

I didn't request for HSK and some one at 9:00Am was knocking from HSK he weak up as I was really sleepy and I put for the room DND . Room 9001 Pls I will come next time Inchallah but make it sur no one come to room and weak up as again . Thank you

I really liked the fast check in and how helpful ALL the staff were. From the receptionists to the security guys. They all helped to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

The location was bad and basement parking was so tight. We were obliged to stay in this hotel because all other hotels were very expensive or no availability.
