I must say it was worth the money we paid for it. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The master room was big and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What I loved about this place was that it had everything we needed nearby, including a supermarket, laundry, and pharmacy. The apartment is also conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Souq Waqif and the old port.

One of the main issues was the loud AC sound in the room, which was quite disruptive even though we didn't use it much due to the cold weather. Additionally, we requested a late checkout, but unfortunately, it was rejected, possibly due to the hotel being fully booked during the Asian Football Cup. Another downside was that, except for the master bedroom, the other rooms were relatively small. Despite these issues, the hotel was still a decent option overall.

Great location for me as a solo traveller, metro 5/10 mintute walk away with all attractions Inc souq waqif, katara village and other attractions easy to get to via metro. Architecture and quality of the Mosques are amazing, even the local ones, which were minutes from the hotel My room had a lounge, kitchen and even a washing machine and microwave! Bedroom and decent sized bathroom. The hotel staff were excellent, Burhan and Abdul Raziq were great staff who gave me lots of advice and places to see during my stay, be sure to ask them for any advice on places to visit, get a qatari SIM, exchange money etc. . Overall, all the staff did a great job. I did a workout at the hotel gym, has a squat rack, bench, running machines, dumbells. Best hotel gym I have used to date!

On arrival, I was asked to pay 200 riyal as I had come a "day earlier" due to check-in from 12 pm. I did message the hotel beforehand to tell them.i will be arriving between 2 and 3 am due to flight times and they said they have a 24-hour desk check-in. It was, however, resolved by the next day and I paid nothing. Be sure to clarify this before booking and no extra charge is required if checking in after check on hours. The breakfast could have more variety on a daily basis as it was the same buffet every day. I ended up eating out on the 4th day.

From Hotel to airport took about 18 minutes. Taxi to hotel QAR 45 at 2300 and taxi to airport QAR 21 at 1400. A big room with washing machine. A few of Small supermarkets and local cafes very close by the hotel. The staff at reception being polite with good English speaking. Especially,the staff ‘ ACIL ‘ at reception introduced me the busy area to visit by metro. He even bring me outside the hotel and showed me the exact direction of Metro station (National Museum). As I have only QAR 200 to pay taxi fee.,he change it for 4 pieces of QAR 50 for me as the taxi driver did not accept QAR 200. He was very helpful to answer my other questions. Hereby I thank him very much for his kind assistance. The breakfast was both local and western type. It was tasted good.

Only 2 big towels provided. One of two bed spread not being replaced. Sometimes the room was having annoying smell. The window glass was very dirty. The inside security lock was broken. No coffee machine provides various type of coffee at breakfast just a pot of coffee.

The staff there were amazing each and everyone, very welcoming, very friendly, helpful, they made my stay amazing, the Check-in nd the Check out was very smooth, food was nice 👌🏼, the location is the best it’s near the downtown you have everything nearby, I highly recommend this place and their restaurant «  salt and pepper «  which is open 24/7 for everyone

The staffs, Mr. Metthoo from reception was kind enough to assist us. It was new year eve and they gave us flowers and greeted us. this isn't my first time booking this hotel, with it's value for money I can say that our stay was worth it.

AC was broken and telephone wasn't working the hassle going down to reception just to tell our concerns. But with the help of the maintenance guy the AC issue was resolved but not the telephone. thank you for your service

The manager was very kind enough to grant our request of a room with balcony even though the receptionist have said that they dont have an available. We had to wait for a while, while the other staff are cleaning and preparing the room. The overall service is exeptional. The engr and other room attendant even gave us more cooking utensils and assisted us with the use of the stove.

Pool timings as posted were supposed to be 9am-9pm, but when we went there around 9am, we were informed that there are no lifeguards and that they wont allow guests to swim until 12pm. The manager explained that they just recently changed their timings and gave us a chance to check out later than the original time, which we gladly and gratefully accepted.

It is really like home, The renovated flat has spacious rooms. Breakfast was convenient to families, my only concern is stuff finishes so fast from the kitchen like🥐 today!

Master room bathroom needs more work it is too flat for water to be drained properly

they are so Collaborators, by phone they prepare the room not waiting long cause i book 2 December until 3 December & arrive 3 December early morning 3am they also upgraded the room from 2bedroom to 3 bedroom cuz the 1king & 2single bed not available as 2bedroom which i booked only 2 king they so they solve the problem by gave us 3 bedroom 2rooms kings 1single, thats good and nice solve of problem & didn’t make us wait cuz we were tired 👍🏻

The room was spacious,the staff were really helpful. One gentleman even helped us to carry our luggage to the room. I had requested for early check in,when we got there the process was easy and quick.The yummy breakfast was brought to us in the room for no extra cost...If you're looking for a pocket friendly hotel where you will see the value for your money,i highly recommend

Everything was amazing

Location near Corniche, facilities such as washing machine etc. Water dropped off in room when out and even laundry horse when they saw our washing hung up. Breakfast included, open to 11

Parties in other apartmentsb late night. Limited parking within building itself.
