The hotel's ambience was peaceful. Getting a parking was not an issue at all.

This is my third Stay at Somerset, i remember when i first stumbled upon this apartment, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Saikal was most thoughtful and gracious Upon checkin. She provided me with all the information i needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Groceries can be ordered through Talabat or cheaper you can order groceries through a convenient store. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and the pool area are excellent. Location is incredible. Saikal and the rest of the staff had excellent restaurant recommendations and they were of great help. They all went beyond to make my long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Saikal & the rest of the team for a wonderful weekend! Bruce.

I want to tell my side with the most honet review and without bias. This Hotel is FANTASTIC in any way. why? First- Is because of the staff, were all friendly and so easy to talk to. From receptionists, bellman, housekeepers are all good people and were all professionals. Second- The room, room itself is just exceptional, everything is new and well maintained, From room, kitchen, toilets, living room, you'll fine yourself staying in a room thats been made recently. everything is shiny and clean. Third- Is the room is well equipped with things that you will be needing either you stay short or long, and when i say everything i mean it. From the kitchen equipments, utensils, etc. All in all i would recommend this hotel to everyone. And if i would like to take a hotel again, this is the ONE that i will be staying in again and again.

None i love everything about this Hotel.

Location for me was OK but very close to a Mosque and light sleepers my want to locate at far end of the hotel. They are upgrading some rooms and so some maintenance work on going but kept only to midday and so not an issue. Facilities good with a Pizza and Coffee shop open to late and staff all through hotel friendly. Rooms and Kitchen adequately stocked with plates, pans, cutlery and dishes for 2 people.

I was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment I stepped foot into the premises, it was evident that cleanliness and hygiene were top priorities. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming smile. Their helpfulness and attentiveness truly enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, I appreciated the organization and tidiness of the hotel, which added to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay in terms of cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and neatness.

I like how comfortable the room is as it's very spacious and has complete appliances and kitchen tools. Also, I would like to mention Ms. Pauline for being kind and accomodating for allowing us to extend our check-out time due to some minor problems. She made our stay much better. I would definitely come back here because of the friendly staff and the room.

The AC needs to be cleaned during our stay. Other than that, none.

I did not get breakfast during my stay. The view was great Even though the area was noisy outside, it was quiet in my apartment.

The balcony door wasn’t shutting. The balcony door handle broke as a result of attempting to close it My day cleaner was the face of this business to me. Adhilshan was very professional and took his position seriously for his role.

The staff was very respectful and helpful 24h , the Appartment very clean and well organized.

The location was not perfect but it’s okay cause it’s safe place , and not far from necessary needs (coffeshop, pharmacy, market …)

My stay at Somereat Hotel was exceptional, with a standout reception experience and welcoming, helpful staff that made the visit truly memorable.

Although my stay at Somereat Hotel was exceptional, I did notice an unpleasant odor in the hallway, likely from people cooking.

From the staff to the little details of the room, the experience was great, clean, organized, and tidy rooms with good amenities, no noise and no smoke odor!

Pool and sauna times might fall a bit short, but more than hotel rooms we were explained that actually is a government regulation.
