So nice apartment.. so big and comfort Feels like home

Location, the suite i booked was massive and very clean, however the view (i rather have the curtain closed)

i checked out at 11 30 pm and was unable to get a hold of any staff for over 40 minutes, once i took all my luggage down my self, the porter said i have to go to the other side of the building to check out. after waiting for 15 minutes one staff came and only took the room card and said that's it "sir" you can go. i found it unprofessional The same breakfast was repeated without any changes at all for my entire 6 days. nothing new was introduce or served. which made it really boring.

Great room and apartment, all amenities included, was missing washing up detergent for the dishwasher but otherwise not an issue. Finishing was terribly rushed with a poor finish and job but otherwise it's great.

The finishing in the rooms. Chipped walls, scuff marks, plaster job, sealant, all looked very poorly done. Needs a bit more attention on these things to give it the ultimate luxury feel. Entrance for aparthotel is on other side and valet is not always available for apart residents.

clean and good size room, bed and furniture was comfortable. breakfast is good with variety of options. swimming pool is nice with small pool for the kids and a playground.

vale parking service is extremely slow as I waited for 20 minutes to get my car then after that I start park it myself. The charged me the breakfast for my 7 years old son as they claim that included breakfast with room is only cover adult even that I mentioned it the reservation that we have kids.

Cleaned and well organized hotel

I reserve it with breakfast included none refund and when i arrived they told me the opposite i have to pay for my breakfast and i was get shocked because this is not a professional way that company with a big name to do with their customers since its a second time stay

Hotel is clean Staff needs to care more about guests. Nobody has come to curry my lugge and get it to my room. I waited 30 minutes nobody show up!! I go to reception and curry out my lugge myself! Even when i checked out i kept my lugge with the reception. So i can go and have my breakfast then to curry out my lugge again no body was there to give my lugge back. So I searched for my stuff my self.

The experience is great, Thank you to Mr. Mohamad of the concierge for assisting us. for Joseph and Lliane(not quite sure of the spelling) they are very friendly and they are the kind of staff why definitely we will come back to the property.

The lighting is very cozy when its time to rest. but while we are eating its kinda dark for us.

Me and my family had a good time in this residence; it was clean, comfortable, and quite, the price is very very good for an apartment, the staff were helpful, and the furniture is new and beautiful. We really enjoyed it. , Thanks a lot.

Security or lobby personnel MUST have a clear communication between people from steigenberger residence to steigenberger hotel The parking lot is not automated, or self service, guests needs to wait until someone manually lift the barrier
