Price is worth the overall stay. Location is accessible to basic needs such as food, medicine or any store. Minimum fare if you want to take a quick taxi from the nearest metro. The staff provide quick assistance to your request. Reception and security showed pleasing attitude. The food is good and affordable as we got 50% off on the total, we didn't avail the breakfast.

We think the room is not fully soundproofed as we can hear the next room's water running even the toilet flush they made. This caused us to wake up as early in the morning. It's just a small matter of inconvenience.

The staff was nice and professional. I was worried because my family members would arrive without speaking eiter English or Arabic and at the reception they met Abdu, who managed to talk to them in Spanish all the time, he was always kind and extremely supportive, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. The experience for them was amazing and they are grateful for everything he did and also because of the support received by the rest of the staff.

the property was perfect for our crew who were in Qatar for a project, unlike many hotels in Doha they have twins beds which is exactly what we needed. They also allowed us to pay directly through the app which helped logistically as the guys on the ground don’t have company credit cards.

One of our team was delayed arriving in Doha and arrived 2 days late. The hotel cancelled the room invoking the no show policy and offered no refund on the booking and didn’t call me before they did so. After lengthy arguments on the phone and a very stressful evening for me they eventually honoured the booking and I was extremely grateful they found a solution in the end but they should definitely have been more accommodating at the start.

The staff were accommodating. Allowed late checkout without extra charge. Breakfast had options that can help you fill your stomach. The guy at the reception was able to guide about what to visit.

Concerns were structure related only. The drop off point doesn’t have a place to step. Could be tricky with young kids. You have to juggle with your luggage. The toilet was very small and no glass in the shower area.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at Centro capital Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. However, I must extend a special thank you to Emran, the receptionist, whose professionalism and warmth truly stood out. Emran's dedication to guest satisfaction made my check-in seamless, and he was always ready to assist with any inquiries, making me feel valued as a guest.

I loved your staff , they were expectional in Front Office, I think his name was Abdurahman and her ( can't remember Colombia, if I'm correct ) she was extremely helpful and kind. And the breakfast was top notch! 🤭

The Area , the view wasn't that good but it's understandable though because it's in a business Area , not much to see , but was worth the amount I paid for.

Everything about the hotel is superb and the staff are amazing. The breakfast comes with different cuisine and the environment is clean and tidy . I would love to visit the hotel again.

One thing that I found discomfort with is the room curtain as others can see through that.

Staff are helpful specially the late check-out that is the best experience in your hotel the amenities are all good happy to return again hopefully to get experience early check-in and late check-out. Lots of variety in breakfast

For the Room only we hear the noise next to our room.

The breakfast is good , the staff is friendly, location considered in the center of the city near to most of the attractions ( not walking but near )

Need some renovations

The stuff are amazing and very friendly, the room is quite and bed is comfortable. For sure i will come again to this hotel

Location is not that great but it was OK with me , water pressure is low on bathroom and shower
