Easy access and new property amenities. Staffs are friendly specially those from Thailand and Srilanka (I forget their names) Breakfast is not worth and not much food options ..

Breakfast is not worth for QAR 90 for adults and QAR 45 kids, may be on my day it was very few food options, staff are not sufficient to take care of all guests. 1 Hour waiting to checkin and booked rooms were not ready even after 4.30PM. Rooms and Bed has to clean n maintain carefully from dust..

- Pool close too early at night so before 7:00PM it gets crowded before the closing time, We didnt even had the chance to use it for the whole stay since there's no space. - My key card didnt work a lot of time ( In elevator, room opening) Such a hassle! so I had to go back and forth in the reception its good that there is staff to assist anytime to help. - Noisy aircon :( So for my whole stay its on and off I had to close it for a good nap and night time.

The hotel is clean and the room that I got was big enough to fit a whole family even though I was on my own. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the staff who cleaned my room was friendly and approachable and did not hesitate to helped me when I asked for them to clean my room on the time that I wanted them to clean it. Angky staff reception was friendly and helped me with my request with a late check out. The spa and its facilities were good and accessible to use. The male attendant in the spa (sorry I forgot your name) was attentive and helpful too. Ruby, the massuer was really good and would recommend her if you’re looking for a good masseur at the hotel.

The swimming opening times could be extended. The pool was closed at 730pm and would be nice if this could be extended as it was hit during the day to swim and I used the pool after 6 or 7pm. This goes with the spa as well. The restaurants in the hotel near the reception only offers buffet and would be good if they can also offer non buffet food service.

Friendly and customer oriented staff, good services including spacious quality rooms.

The only complaint is the air conditioning throughout the hotel. It remains at 18-20 degrees C whilst it is 40-45 degrees C outside. This causes a too big difference for the body to acclimatise to either environment. Shifting from very cold to very hot. This air conditioning temperature is common in nearly all hotels in Doha though.

Very poor breakfast. apparently they don’t have a Bakery Chef since the Bakery section doesn’t even compare to a 3* hotel.

We have stayed at this property more than once. The hotel is newly built, so everything still appears new and pleasant to the eye. Rooms are spacious and have all the required amenities. The Indian restaurant at the hotel seem popular as many people can be seen to frequent it. On two occasions we could not find a table. The breakfast and buffet restaurant are big and finding a table was no problem, it was surprising quiet. The food was reasonably priced and the quality acceptable. For the rate per night this hotel is a very good option in central Doha.

Check-in can take time when it is busy, and yes, the hotel seems popular so the small reception area is mostly crowded. Views from the rooms are limited to the surrounding area building roofs, which for most part are rather ugly. The swimming pool is medium-sized and not the most appealing to tan or laze around. And it gets very busy.

I like the size of the room and the beds. There bathrooms have big bottles of shampoo and body wash. Not the usual tiny bottles

booked 2 rooms. one is for a night and the other is for a two-night stay and I was glad that they have provided us connecting rooms. everything went well except for a few. I requested for 2 bottles of water for each room since i have kids but i was told that they are only supposed to provide 1 bottle for every room. I requested for 3 pairs of slippers and 3 dental kit for the 2 rooms because we forgot ours at home. not for each room but for both rooms but I was only given one. There were no bathrobes provided in every room. but nonetheless without these things it was a great stay.

staff was great ( grace from reception was exceptional! and the bellboy who spoke amazing English and is from Pakistan was truly kind and hospitable, sadly I didn’t catch his name) , location is convenient and the parking is huge in the basement

the room sometimes smelled a little bit like drainage (not bad but quite uncomfortable, it can be masked by air freshener or perfume) but will go after some time so not a deal breaker. and on the first night we woke up around 2/3/4 am because of some drilling and hammering sounds. we informed reception and they said it could probably be from the construction outside. otherwise a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Soundproof rooms .. I had 2 kids who were making so much noise but fortunately there were no complaints.. Ample lighting options in the room. Bathroom architecture made so much sense. Comfortable beds Perfect location Good food Polite and helpful staff

I wouldn’t consider these as issues but minor inconvenience if you are traveling with kids. As adults it’s a fabulous property. Level of the pool… not very kid friendly… Lowest level is 0.70m. (I think) The door connecting the pool to the kids club wasn’t practical because people kept walking in and out of the pool to the kids club to use the toilets… which made the kids club area very dirty .. No YouTube on the TV Some facilities that were mentioned on the TV under the facilities tab were not available, e.g there was a babysitting service mentioned but when I called they informed it wasn't available at this property.
