Reception, gate guard, spa Reception, room service employees, the Indian who works in the cafeteria or kitchen and helped me microwaving my food, I extended with fair rate.

1. The bar bodyguard receptionest who requested 200 qr and passport copy to let me in and who is thinking that he is boss by his muscles. His attitude was lacking customer service and human respect. 2. The kitchen manager who was interrupting my discussion with the kitchen employee and trying to enforce his opinion on how he should microwave my food. 3. The room service manager who refused to provide extra sugar to me.

The location is very good especially near by the metro station, and the staff was very friendly. The value of money comparing to others is very good. Good for family or with friends. The breakfast is good with nice options but hope to increase the options in the future.

If you satay in connected room the noise of the other room you can hear it clearly. The toilet is little small and the water presser is low.

Smooth Check In by Rajaa - Rajaa the front desk executive was very humble and helped me with my bed preferences in the guest room while doing the check in procedure. She built a nice conversation and delivered the quality of how engaging is she with the guests. and really wants to deliver the best guest satisfaction considering what guest needs. Smooth Check Out by Peruth - Peruth the front desk executive was extremely curious about how was my stay and if we were comfortable with the room. This is a question which is expected to be asked to comfort the guest, she has also invited us to come back and visit again. A very comfortable experience and willing to come back again with similar hospitality services. Willing to visit back and to try the Sports Bar and stay again, highly recommended!!!

Consider the below points for improvement: 1. Smoking room should have an ashtray prior check in 2. Water bottles on being asked was told thay only 2 bottles are provided for 1 day, this shouldn't be the approach as being from the same industry we deliver and try to go extra for the guests requests when it comes to extra amenities - information provided by the guy who gave us the ashtray, 2 bottles were already in the room not enough for 2 people however extra was not provided. 3. Dental kit was not available in the room

The people from the hotel was very kind and helpful. There is a metro station no more than 50mts from there so the location is perfect. You can also have breakfast or eat there. There is also a small gym. Everything was extremely clean. Better price / quality ratio in Doha I think.

Nothing to say, everything was even better than I expected.

First thing thing i would like to say the stuff working in the hotel are the most professional nice and kind people i met in my life Ahmed and Shakir every time i come to the hotel they are the most kind men in the front disk and it makes me blessed to see a kind faces working in the hotel

The friendly of all staff. From reception to housekeeping. The room are a bit small but everything is in and clean. Them Korean restaurant was amazing. I will definitely comeback.

Strong smell in floor and room when we came. Look like mosquito spray. That was mot pleasant. A bit short on big towel when you are 2. But housekeeping bring extra one very fast.

As always,, the staffs from Guard to Receptionist are all kind, very hospitable and helpful. Friendly and approachable 🥰 Please continue guys all your good work❤️

Nothing,, all in on my favor.. Swiss is my favorite hotel even I tried others , I still go back to Swiss.. All are nearby like store, metro station, etc. And the price is very affordable po👍🥰❤️

All staffs are kind ,respectful and responsive (guards and receptionists) Friendly and hospitable especially Tabassum my lovely dear receptionist🥰 Swiss is like my home 😍and I got a result 🤰 hahahaha! from my almost weekly stayed there, my cutie little 🐶 Swiss BelHoteL pup🥰

Only the tv is not smart TV , I can’t watch or play music

The location is ok, but it doesn't matter as one does not walk in Doha anyway;) I appreciate that the staff was very receptive for reasonable requests and I fell well accommodated

Confusing with two entrances. But this is super minor remark. The view was nothing special, but I didn't expect any better since good price and high comfort was my priority.

Please next time allocate me in a quiet room . And do not allocate me to connecting room ☺️, cause the next room were so noisy and they banging my door when I was alone. Also the room infront of our room were fighting and screaming around 1 to 4 AM. Also the bathroom door is so hard to close.
