The staff are truly wonderful. Every morning I was met by the pool attendant Makhsud who is extremely polite and friendly. He could not do enough for the guests. Also from the Cabana club, two ladies in the name of Mae and Angil were really kind, courteous and helpful, handing out towels etc. These people are real assets to the great team in Radisson Blu.

The property was undergoing maintenance especially in the garden area and unfortunately, there was noticeable and uncomfortable smell of paint and other substances being used. It was rather unpleasant trying to sunbathe by the pool area!!

The hotel was great with few downsides. my overall experience is quite good. Having such a good location of the hotel was amazing to easily get to the various Doha sites. Rooms are clean and the facilities are good with an amzaing breakfast.

My check-in was at 3 pm which us normal. I areived to the hotel at 6 pm and thy told me that the rool wasn't ready! I've already arrived 3 hours later, how can it be not ready? I had to wait for 30-45 minutes to get the room. The staff was good but when I arrived to the hotel, no one got my bags to the room. I took it with me upstairs.

Very friendly staff.. C/in was smooth, my name was mentioned only once during the process. Escorted to the room by the smiley and very welcoming "Nandana", who also assisted in our room change, and the departure I asked for room key twice during the stay, in both reception agent confirmed the name.. good security awareness Pool is great and quiet (few tiles got some dark mold in between), kids pool is noce also and the slide is great and safe (new or recently renovated) Breakfast staff are kind and welcoming C/out with smiley Lhica I absolutely loved the stay

Didn't see a single arabic speaker staff during the stay.. not very good if the hotel target Arabic clientele. This also resulted in one of the breakfast items was tagged " bacon, and in Arabic "Pork"), when I asked the staff, they confirmed that it's beef and apologised. I noticed that "google translate" was used in some signs.. again, no Arab speaker

Stayed for a 16hrs layover in Doha. The entire experience with the hotel has been pretty amazing. From the moment I made the booking, the process has been smooth and fuss free. The hotel was super responsive responding to my free airport pick up request. Was greeted by a smiley Tony at the airport, then driven by Mr Singh who gave a scenic little tour on the way to the hotel, pointing out the markets and what was interesting in Doha. Checked in by a very efficient and wonderful Chrislynn who was helpful and welcoming. Room was nice, clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and two different shower heads. Packets of coffee and tea were also provided along with 3 bottles of water. They even popped by with a pack of apples and cookies! The hotel came equipped with full amenities of gym, swimming pools, tennis courts and restaurants. Fast food joints can be found across the building if you’re feeling peckish.

The only gripe I have is the little foil stickers on the toiletries provided. They are totally unnecessary (eco friendly? Not) it makes it really hard to peel off when your hands are wet and impossible to get off when the foil is not stuck on properly. Do reconsider removing them altogether for the environment and user convenience.

I almost loved everything at Raddison Blue Doha, it's central location, ambience, food, bars and restaurants, quick check in, room service, house keeping, everything was perfect. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and courteous especially Miss Sachini who was at the reception and customer service desk, she was exceptional in helping me out each time I approached the desk. She was competent, courteous, and helpful with always a smile on her face that makes a guest more welcome. Thanks to Miss Sachini and other housekeeping staff for their service, I will again come to Raddison Blue for my stay and as a matter of fact I have just extended my stay at this hotel due to its great service. Overall, it is a good place to stay. The staff were so friendly. I utilities like the swimming pool and the restaurant were good. I liked the lobby.

- Some of the ceiling lighting is not working, while others work intermittently! It was annoying. - The plumbing for the shower was installed incorrectly. The cold-water tap delivers hot-water and the hot-water tap delivers cold-water! It would have almost caused burns to my skin. This is extremely dangerous for children and TBH, the staff offered to send the maintenance team, but I didn't accept that due to the tight schedule I have. - Although they upgraded my room to a bigger one, yet the room were so cramped.

We were in Doha for a 12 hour layover and booked the room to relax before our long flight home to Canada. While we did not get to use the pool, it looked very nice. Instead of lounging by the pool we hired a driver to show us around Doha. It was spectacular and one of the highlights of our Middle Eastern vacation. The architecture was unreal and even better than what we saw in Dubai. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was fantastic!!!

Although we hired the driver for 2 hours… we were a bit of a captive audience, and he brought us back to the hotel after 3 hours and had to pay him for more than we had asked…. Not expensive overall but we felt like he took advantage of us.

Mostly everything was good main thing is the huge space shade parking which leads you to two different streets location is great to reach everywhere in Doha

Well the apartment we stayed in was good the only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom it didn’t have handheld bidet sprayer Only the old style bidet also one of the aprt bathroom shower box has fixed shower head installer no handheld shower sprayer but everything else was good

Rooms were spacious. Excellent breakfast, with a wide variety. We were given a room in the business floor, which was a bonus. Convenient parking. Pool is very nice. Room temperature was well-controlled. So, was the room lighting.

There were no towels on the first day of our stay. Zero towels. Water was cut from the bathroom for a couple of hours. The refrigerator was not working. The buffet was over-crowded; we hardly found a table to sit. But all these issues were temporary and were fixed, after some calls, except for the refrigerator.
