Disco downstairs very loud on the weekend. If staying for weekend request higher floor. Doesn't bother me I usually stay @ this location to be out and about. Not enough towels.

Good hotel for the price. Room was clean and had a small clean swimming pool at the roof. We did not get breakfast. We had a fridge and stove.

Room handle didn't work properly, so needed to push the door every time we wanted to come in. Room was not cleaned daily and missed a clean when we asked. We had a fridge and stove but had to ask for cutlery, plates and washing up liquid and sponge. They don't provide pots and pans. There is a place nearby / attached that plays loud music at night. This was not a problem for us as it was not loud enough, but may be a problem for rooms closer to it.

They send me a msg regarding cancellation of my booking 2 hours before even after confirming my booking and paying fully but becouse it was during Asian cup they wanted to cancel my booking it give it to someone else they even didn’t inform Booking.com but when I arrived they were confuse but I’ll be honest they gave me better room for one night and other night they gave me my original room but the problem is that they wanted to cancel my booking 2 hours before just imagine I was coming from another country and with family .

The location close to main road, which you can easily find many type of food you require. The value, and the service from the lady in reception is best, we can get connecting room at 301 and 302. And also, valley parking available at site, and the service very fast. And for that reason, we extend the stay from 2 night to 3 nights

The wifi is quite slow, and the noice from the the club, need to improve the sound proof for that. Need kitchen utensil, at kitchen area.

very nice room comfortable bed nice bathroom w.r.t. price And the hotel is close to many resturants and shops close to Jarir bookstore if you want to find some books or just browse around. walking distance to metro.

THe wifi worked on the tv but I couldn't get it to work on my laptop. No IT support at night so I had to use my 3g hotspot. Room didn't have basics like ashtray, tissues and other emenities, I had to request them but they got them within 5 mins of my call.

The moment I walked through the doors of this hotel, I was immediately impressed. The lobby was stunningly beautiful, with gleaming marble floors and sparkling chandeliers. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and quickly checked me in and showed me to my room. Speaking of my room, it was absolutely gorgeous. The bed was huge and comfortable, with soft, luxurious linens. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a rainfall shower and plush towels. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water and fresh fruit that were waiting for me upon arrival. Throughout my stay, the service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I even received a handwritten note from the hotel manager, welcoming me to the property and thanking me for my stay. It's clear that this hotel places a high priority on providing top-notch service to its guests. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served some of the best food I've ever had. The menu was creative and varied, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The restaurant's atmosphere was also lovely, with elegant decor and beautiful views of the city. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the stunning accommodations to the exceptional service, everything about my stay was perfect. If you're looking for a truly luxurious and memorable hotel experience, this is the place to be.

Everything was up to par. No complaints at all. Staff was good, the location is okay. Cleanliness was good. Check in and check out was smooth. Room size was okay, amenities were good.

There is a bar down there which is too loud and the beats can be clearly heard in the room. That was the only concern I had at this place.

All Staffs was very nice and easy to approach. The Room was so comfy and i love it. For sure we will come back ❤️❤️❤️

Just only the bathtub and the bidet it was liking i filled the tub with the water after few minutes when i came back the water drained already. it should be fixed only that.

Staffs are good, WiFi is excellent 👌🏻 upgraded to the next level room due to none availability of the room the we booked.. which is awesome ☺️ Thank you reception team for the experienced such a nice room with kitchenette, electric stove and microwave which we are able to heat up our food 👌🏻
