It had the wow factor with the interior. Our suite was huge and had beautiful views of the city. It was all very clean and chic. Beautiful Patisserie.

It is not particularly child friendly with regards to its overall vibe but they did go out of their way to look after our 2 children in the restaurant and with the sweet cart. The whole hotel throughout is very cold. The air conditioning is up too high. We were charged for a child’s bed as the room did not accommodate our 2 children even though Booking.com advertised it as a family room. We were charged £75 for a queen bed. If we hadn’t paid for the bed, I’m not sure where they would have slept.

Breakfast has very limited options. You only have 1 choices. I don't eat most of the food offered. No buffet. With this price you can get a much better breakfast outside the hotel We had an upgrade from booking to a serenity room but they still gave us urban. Front disk employee at 5:30 pm is not coaperative nor understanding. The room was in the 13th floor, the lobby was smelly, not clean. The room was small not like the pictures in booking at all. The windows were not clean.

A more than wonderful and comfortable stay. The place is very good and the receptionists are helpful and cheerful, especially Mr. Bashar who made me up grade for the room. Mr. Anas welcomed me and Amal and I took the room early so that I could arrive before the check-in time. I also made a late check-out because my plane was really late. Thank you all for making me feel. This is my second home and this will definitely be my favorite hotel next time I am in Doha.

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the hotel's services and amenities. From the well-appointed room to the courteous and professional staff, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. The spa facilities, in particular, were exceptional and contributed to a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its unwavering commitment to excellence.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking, especially for the apartment building.

The room was great, and the staff are friendly.

The location, it's suppose to be a part of the Mushaireb downtown area, but it's located on the other side, so it's a bit of a walk or you need a car to get to the downtown area. Also, Everytime I call an Uber they get mixed up with the entrance of the hotel, so it doesn't heart to add few extra signs so that drivers could reqcy the hotel more easily.

- The staff was accommodating. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. - The room interior was very nice. - It was very easy to stream Netflix from our phones to the TV.

The in-room TV kept turning on at night by itself. After some digging, it was a loose HDMI connection. So, I had to unplug it every night before we went to bed.

I love the spa & jacuzzi. We had couple massage and the treatment,rooms etc are fantastic. Thanks to Rizza and Patooh (not sure about her name but sounds like it) they did pretty good job. Also, I like how it wasn't crowded unlike other hotels in Doha. You can have your peace at the same time enjoy your time.

Upon arrival we weren't sure where is the hotel entrance. The outside facade doesn't look fancy however the reception area looks nice. The lift in floor 16 is a nightmare there was a time i waited long to get into the lift. The hotel pool is still under construction so the guests are directed to use the residence pool instead.

It was a very luxurious and quiet place, I loved the garden view. The in-room dining was tasty and delicious, and the front office team were friendly and helpful. Very clean room, and easy access to the Oesase mall.

I didn't like the checkout calls every 2 mints without an explanation of the price rate for a late checkout. other than that everything was great.

Widows dirt sabotaged the nice views Shower room is wide but no rails for elderly (so dangerous even for young kids) floor slippery The checking every time we come back we have to pass through checking point so annoying

It was a great experience in hotel. Hospitality, services, staff was excellent and so nice,especially Mr. Anas from reception, he is so kind and helpful, hotel is connected to Printemps Mall, one of most beautifully mall in Doha. Will be the first choice to stay when will visit doha again.
