The check in process was smooth. The staff was courteous. Location was convenient for us. Metro, Bus everything is at a brief walking distance. Several eateries around. The room size was reasonably good, especially if compared with Singapore hotel rooms.

The room had a window but it was closed with glass permanently. So no fresh air. The door that opens on the road side was also closed, but it had no glass. That made the room noisy at times. You could hear the road noise all the time.

- wifi connection was bad for me, but my friends were perfectly fine with it - no jet spray on the toilet - not that many tv channels

It was very close to Little India MRT station, easy to travel around. The bed was also huge and could fit 3 adults easily.

The toilet was not very well-ventilated, and lack of separation between shower and toilet space. Thus, it was easy to made the whole place wet.

A great and affordable hotel right in the heart of Little India. Walking distance to the MRT and comes alive at night, with the Takka centre right there. The staff were lovely and helped organise a cab for us when we were struggling. Felt staff were warm and courteous. Room was nice and modern and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the room.

It didn't especially bother us but there isn't really soundproof and the hotel comes right on to the street so it can be noisy for some at night. As we had a bottom floor room, although we had windows, we couldn't open them as it meant everyone walking by could look right in, so we kept them closed. This wasn't an issue for us on such a short trip.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Good Location - if you don't mind the chanting and bell ring at 06.30 from the Hindu temple at the back

The pillow smelled bad, after they got a new one for me, the new one still smelled bad, like someone have used it before

Friendly, efficient staff. Very clean and a good comfortable room in a very interesting part of Singapore. Amazing food everywhere! If you require the silence of a Swiss meadow maybe the ground floor rooms might not be your thing. Its not noisy but you can hear the vibrant street life in what is a vibrant area. I loved this. Grab a stout from the bar next door and soak in the ambience. Would certainly stay again and plan too. Love Singapore.

Only slight issue was I wish the doors to the room actually opened onto the verandah. However its a very minor point rather than a criticism. I recognize why they may not.

The hotel is well located, very close to the MRT and close to many shops in Little India. The staff is very kind and friendly. As we had a lot of luggage, the room was small but it served us well as we only stayed 3 nights.

The bathroom needs to be reconfigured as it got completely soggy after showering. It is also important to do pest control as we found some insects in our room. It is important to mention on Booking which rooms do not have a window, as some people may feel uncomfortable.

The hotel is very well located in Little India but not so central that it's noisy. I had a single room (without a window) which was absolutely fine for my short stay. The room was well equipped (including a fridge and safe) and the bathroom was a decent size. The wifi was fast and easy to use. The reception staff were friendly and very efficient. They even contacted me about some old clothes I'd left behind to see if I still needed them. I'd certainly stay here again.

The location of this hotel is a winner! Bang in the center of Little India, very close to the MRT station and tonnes of great restaurants and hawker centers! The front desk staff is really helpful, and helped me check in early twice during my stay :) The room has all the basic amenities and I specially liked the desk they had as I was working for a few days, also the internet speed was decent.

Only the deluxe rooms have windows. Windowless rooms are ok for short stays, but for long stays like mine would have definitely preferred some fresh air coming in.
