Superb apartment next to the Quay, great location for the marina and touring the highlights, very clean and fully equipped with amenities, powerful shower, lots of uk plug sockets, desk, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine on the same floor... Excellent support service throughout from Ryan, Loc, Grace and Divina, easy access to the apartment and clear instructions.

Anyone over 5 feet 9 inches tall will have their feet resting against the wall unless you are in the bed on your own then you can sleep diagonally.... just the way the room has been designed and its dimensions can only accommodate a short bed.

Perfect location, on a pedestrianised street with lots of nice restaurants to choose from. We were able to walk everywhere from this location (to Chinatown, Little India, and the huge shopping centre/skybar. Rooms are small but clean and equipped with everything you might need, including washing powder. We would like to thank Irean, Kim, and Ryan for a wonderful stay and would highly recommend other people on a budget to stay here.

You could hear loud music at night from one of the restaurant/bars.

The Heritage Ambassador very helpful n friendly special for Ryan, Ireane, Alicia 🫶. The hotel is simple, cozy n clean. A lot of food infront of the hotel (Indian food, Chinese food, Sea food, Beer). MRT Clarke Quay Station around 5-7 mnt by walk (Central mall - don don donki, burger king, etc) Merlion statue (the Fullerton hotel) around 15-20 mnt by walk (slowly). From hotel (pick up point at Central mall) to Changi airport by Grab S$ 22.

Amazing location and very clean and comfortable. Apartment had everything you need like hair dryer iron and even laundry. Divina was so so helpful in helping us find our lost belongings promptly! Huge thank you to her and the team. Divina made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.

very clean and smells nice. complimentary toiletries and fast checkin and checkout. the staff were really what made me welcome. excellent place to stay for a solo female traveler. great location. the staff, especially alicia, who I met in person. she was so lovely and honest about what is worthwhile and not to do in Singapore. she went above and beyond and showed hospitality beyond the check out time. she let me keep my suitcase there until the rain stopped and lent me an umbrella. just simple kindness that has not been shown from higher end hotels in Singapore. Irean is the second person I met who helped me check in. they ensure we are comfortable before leaving us be and the team who were dealing with my account (Alicia, Irean, Ryan and Kim) were checking in on me and ensured I was safe and happy. I felt completely secure as a woman alone living in that location.

The room is small, but modern and furnished with everything you might need. It’s also super clean. I read many reviews saying this is a noisy hotel due to its location, however it was extremely quiet for us, we had no problems. Location is very convenient, walking distance to Chinatown, the Merlion and Marina Bay. The highlight of the stay was the help from the staff, Alicia and Ryan, who assisted us throughout our stay (communication was very good and frequent). Shoutout to Alicia who was so kind to recommend us some amazing restaurants and traditional foods to try 🙏 she went above and beyond to help us, which we really appreciate! ❤️

Taxis are not easily accessible from the Heritage Collection on Boat Quay hotel, which can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. You will have to walk for around 100-200m to the taxi stand or come through the stairs.

The location was excellent and rooms very clean. The staff Ryan, Irean and Kim were always very friendly and very responsive to any questions asked.

Rather than what could have been better I’d recommend that they still offer the card key option for access. I had this for my stay which was preferable to needing the mobile app, as that means you are always reliant upon a phone battery for access. Even more so as I liked to go for a run by the river and didn’t want to carry my phone.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! Initially as we entered we were concerned by how snug the room was, but we soon came to realise that it was very well equipped and functional despite the small space. The shower was spacious and powerful. The AC was powerful and effective. Enough space for me to leave my 70l backpack tucked away and space under the bed for our small suitcase. The service was good! I liaised with Edmar, Divina and Nica in a WhatsApp group. They set it up just before our stay to start communication and prepare me for check in. During my stay I required umbrellas and they promptly responded. Check out was seamless. The location is great. You’re on the riverside and close to a lively strip of bars and restaurants. There was no noise pollution in our room. You are very central and close to landmarks. This place is well worth the price if you are on a budget and staying a few nights and plan to explore Singapore’s.

The check in process is largely done on the heritage app where you will receive a digital key once at the property. It can be a little confusing at first but once you’ve got your head round it it’s very easy. There are a lot of stairs to manage so worth thinking about if you struggle with stairs or intend to bring heavy luggage.

The location is brilliant — close to two MRT stations on two different lines, as well as bus stops. The room was well-equipped and we appreciated having a washing machine and dehumidifier in the room. It was convenient being able to contact the staff on WhatsApp, who responded very quickly, especially Divina.

The bed was barely long enough for one of us (178cm/5'10). It was sandwiched on three sides so we could not even dangle our feet off the bed. It was pretty uncomfortable. The check-in system was a real pain. We were asked to download an app which was supposed to turn our phone into a key card using NFC but it just did not work. There is a booth at the entrance which dispenses key cards, which we used as an alternative. We also didn't like that there was no communal area. The flip side of being able to communicate with the staff on WhatsApp was that there were too many messages from them. We would have appreciated being left alone!
