I stayed with 3 Y.O child for 2 nights. The hotel was spacious, beautiful view, especially from the pool. Kitchen were very well equipped. Clean room and helpful staff. Close to Haji Lane & Bugis street. Very recommended when you travel with toddler.

There's no bathtub in my room type.

Good location, clean room with washer, dryer, drying rack, kettle, oven, stovetop, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, dishes, pots and pans, tv with inputs. Room was quiet and clean. Good value for money.

Hotel sends a message to ask you to check in online in advance but doesn't send you the actual link. I suspect that booking.com is striping the url from the message.

We have stayed in the hotel for the second time already and it was a great experience. They have a really nice pool with the beutiful view. Room is quite big, well equiped with all You need for comfortable stay. Location is perfect with access to most of the attractions. Hotel is clean and staff very helpful and nice. We will stay there if we will visit Singapore again.

They do not serve breakfast on Sunday - no surprise but still…

Friendly efficient staff, excellent location, opp Haji Lane and short walk to bus and MRT. Comfortable roomy well appointed apartment and nice facilities. They were very accommodating about adding an extra child in the room.

Breakfast not served on Sundays which I wasn't told about upon booking an included rate. Also there was construction ongoing at night next door- giant piling rigs- which thankfully didn't disturb us much but might do a light sleeper (unfortunately always happening somewhere in Downtown Singapore!). The hotel had a electrical shutdown for one of the days of our stay but was efficiently communicated about at check in so we planned around it.

I booked two connecting one-bedroom apartments (one deluxe and one executive) for our family of 4 adults and 2 children and I was absolutely delighted with my choice. It was almost as if we had booked a two-bedroom apartment as we had a separate external door to make the entire space privately ours which was sheer delight to our two active boys. Do note that the bathroom of the deluxe apartment is more spacious than that of the executive apartment. Kitchen and laundry facilities were very well equipped which was great for families with kids. We didnt have time to use the pool and gym but the pool was of a decent size for families with kids and it wasn't too crowded when we were there. Daily breakfast was available (except Sundays and Public Holidays) and though the choice is lesser than what you get at hotels, it surpassed my expectations especially in comparison with other serviced residences in Singapore. There were special items on the menu on weekdays and the eggs are cooked to your choice. Kitchen staff were pleasantly helpful and Chef Liza is always very welcoming and joyful every morning at the breakfast area. Front desk staff were a little less experienced in handling transportation requests for our group of 6 but it was fine as we drove to most of our destinations after discovering that it was much more cost-friendly to do so. Two cabs costed us almost SGD30 from Pan Pac Beach Road to Orchard vs typical car park rates of btw SGD2-3 per hour in most malls.

We didnt get our rooms cleaned for most of our 5-day stay which was fine as our requests to clear the rubbish or for new towels were usually entertained after a call or two to the front desk. Housekeeping seems to be severely understaffed as we only saw 1 person working on our floor during the entire stay and considering that there was so much to clean in each apartment, I'm hoping she is not overworked! I do hope management could look into this.

Good location. Close to Bugis MRT and minutes away by MRT to city centre (orchard, etc) and MBS. Super clean room and very spacious. You have 1 bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. Worth the money. You will get literally everything: washing machine, ironing, kitchen equipment, utensils. Short walk to haji lane and arab street. There was a 7/11 and convenience store next door. Checking in and out were fast. Staff were courtious and professional.

If i could be picky, the toilet does not have jet washer or bidet. Coming from Indonesia that is important to us.

IT was great . As the place is near all amenities food was never an issue and the kids just love all the amenities provided too. as this is our 2nd visit we are really comfortable with the location.

There seem to be a change in their process. Somehow now there deposit required(ok we can accommodate) Late check out now is chargeable(Previously it was based on availability oh well its ok ) and as much as i appreciate the free baby cot . I cannot fathom why when you know that 1 of my room have a pull-out bed that can be use, yet you keep mum and let me request for the extra bed and charge me for the 2 nights. This was only highlighted during check out . I asked the staff at the counter why was i not adviced on the pull out bed in 1 of the room and just utilize it but was encouraged to request the extra bed ?

Housekeeping was the best! Very friendly. They took care of changing the down feather bedding immediately when requested. On top of that, the slightly blemished drawer was taken care too when mentioned. They were very informative about the location and the best restaurants around the area. Room were cleaned every day. And they even washed the dishes when we forgot to do it. Plus, There are 2 mrt station close by, about 10 minutes walk. The view from the pool is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. It definitely made our stay feels like home. Will definitely try to stay here again when we travel to Singapore.

checking in was a bit routine, mundane sort of vibe given by the front desk male employee. there’s also a “sewer” sort of smell coming in from the bathroom. we think it could have been because of the mrt work being done around that area.

Check-in was smooth, we had a 1 bedroom apartment with views to the Singapore Flyer. The apartment was certainly big enough to accommodate three travellers and having our own kitchen and washing machine was very handy. We had breakfast the morning after arriving and there was a lovely selection of foods. The location was central and we mostly walked, otherwise it was a quick taxi ride to our attractions. Although there isn't a restaurant on site, there are multiple dining options all around the Pan Pacific. There was a lounge area with pool table and televisions coffee/tea facilities which we used a few times.
