The room was a great size, very clean, with clean roomy shower and facilities Location was great, a lot of work around but not affected, with easy access to MRT and walking distance to many other fantastic locations Staff were helpful and friendly, always a smile Breakfast was included, simple fare but good and fresh in a nice, comfortable dining area Overall exceeded my expectations and I plan to stay there again :)

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was walking distance from the Merlion and there were a couple of MRT stations very close to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough. Although there wasn't much options to choose from, the breakfast was good.

Room was smallish but enough for 2 people. Bed was comfy and towels were nice to use. All amenities were supplied. Window looks into big construction across the road but could not hear any noise. Location is superb with a choice of MRT stations to choose. Breakfast was included and sufficient to keep us energized for a big sightseeing day ahead. Many cafes and restaurants within 2 mins walk from hotel so you wont be hungry at all. Staff were superb. Breakfast room was small but staff very attentive and tables were cleaned immediately. No waiting was required.

Grab and taxi drivers do not like to pick up from hotel because there is a bus stop right in front. Also, it seems cars are not to on a main street (Beach Road). As such we have to wait behind the hotel but for some strange reason Grab drivers don't want to pick up there. We had 2 drivers cancel out on us once they realised that they need to go to the back lane for pick-up. It's not the hotel's fault of course but ride hail drivers should know how they should approach pick-ups from this hotel.

Location was great. near Bugis centre, MRT (Metro) and besides a great food area at night. The room was OK in size, which is reasonable in value. As a lot of rooms are very small in Singapore this is nice to have.

Not much in the way of facilities. Breakfast was available but nothing to write home about. In fact, I only went down for breakfast once as I didn't feel it was worth it on the other days.

It was an amazing place. I enjoyed staying there even though the facility needs to be improved on. The location is in the downtown and easy to connect other parts of the city seamlessly using MRT. It was great place truly. The staffs are courteous and provide enabling environment to enjoy my business trip to Singapore. If you have intention of doing small shopping after your business or pleasure trip, I recommend this place for you, as there are nearby malls you can easily pick up stuffs for love ones back home. No window. But despite that, it is still ok stay in.

Great location . Simple but very good breakfast . Some places make a great show of their breakfasts but at the Park View it was simpler with less choices but none the less tasty and more than adequate . Beds very comfortable and the shower / hot water was great . Finally all the staff we dealt with were very friendly , hospitable and helpful .

Shame about rooms without windows but it was clearly stated as such when we booked . Just a little off putting when you are not used to it . Having said that the room air conditioning worked very well .

This small hotel was great for what you pay, well spoken and attentive staff, are right on to any requests or needs, the included breakfast was quite ok, with some of the main dishes rotating every day. There are plenty of great restaurants steps away from hotel as well.

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel so noise starts around 8am, it never bothered us as we were up and heading out on adventures every day we were there. So if you like to sleep in maybe ask for a quitter spot in hotel, and it’s very quite at night so you will have no problem sleeping at night.

Love the clean and newly renovated room and bed. The bathroom is new, big and clean comes with rain shower. Provided big TV with channels eg HBO, china etc. Offers complimentary buffet breakfast with different daily menu. Daily replenishment of complimentary beverages eg coffee and tea sachets and water bottled during house keeping. The aircon is new and well ventilated.

If uses better quality bedsheets will provide better comfy, eg hotel series bedsheet material
