Free hazzle with self check in. Room is clean and have small kitchen. Hotel located in good location. Only few minutes walk to Bugis MRT and a lot of restaurants. Very convenient.

Room is a bit small but okay it is clean and the bed is comfy.

location is great, easy access to MRT and buses, walking distance to Bugis Street and Arab Street. Rooms are not the biggest, but have all you need. self check in via app, but had staff there that was really helpful when we ran into a problem.

The location was really convenient and close to the Bugis MRT station as well as Suntec. A lot of food was available within walking distance. There was a cooking area provided on the top floor along with facilities like a fridge and a water dispenser. It was easy to communicate with the staff via the required app and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. They were also able to accommodate a slightly later check-out for me. A dehumidifier was also available which helped to manage the humidity within the room.

The room is very small for two people and luggage. It was also much darker than shown in the pictures as there wasn't much lighting. The water ran a little cold and the in-room safe was not working. Although they advertised that a jug kettle was available in the room, I had to ask for it and the staff were unaware that it was part of the room provisions. Communication with the staff managing the app replies could be improved; I had asked for an extra pillow via the app only to be told that there were no extras available but I did manage to get one from a staff member who was cleaning another room. The hangers for clothes aren't super functional and the room can smell a little musty at times. The dehumidifier had to be manually emptied regularly or it would stop working. There is no covered walkway to the hotel entrance which is located in the back alleyway of the shop complex so it can be difficult when it's raining (which was most days of my trip). Overall, felt it was lacking for the price I paid.

The hotel was in a very nice location. If you are into new tech and seeing it implemented, this could be interesting.

I was expectingc a regular hotel. Kind of my bad for not catching it. Reminded me of the tiny coffin hotels in Hong Kong. I had a windowless room, so the comparison felt even more apt.

Centrally located, very near to BUGIS metro and in proxy of little india.

The room was too small for the prize and climbing staircase towards bed were risky n tiring.
