Great location. Easy access to mrt n shopping. Many restaurants and hawkerfood available... Within walking distance or short bus trip. Good wifi connections. Sad that Leo Cafe and Restaurant is PERMANENTLY closed... Nice cosy place and great food on the 2nd floor. Take note that there is no access to the rooftop although there is a button in the lift that say ROOFTOP.

Toilet sink is very dirty on the inside edges. Have highlighted to the staff about it. There is no place to hang your clothes in the bathroom n no proper place to place your soap, shampoo n conditioner in the shower.

the location near Suntec City walking distance 6minute. also walking distance to bugis junction and arab street. the room amenities is complete and clean. there is 7eleven shop beside the hotel. Perfect hospitalities for the 3star hotel.

only the wall is not sound proof. we stay there 3 night, only 1 night got noise at 3am people are making out loud. the other night was okay and quite.

The location was great Staff were excellent, The hotel was great value for money.

There were two small issues firstly the plug in the bathroom basin got stuck down so I could not clean the basin after shaving. Secondly as it had an adjoining room door when the other room was occupied it was like they were in the room with us and they were not talking loud. It was uncomfortable as they were awake until midnight.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to some malls, bus stops & train stations. All are very walkable. The price was fair for the room. Check-in and check-out was super quick and hassle-free.

The aircon control is centralized so you have to phone in if you want to have it adjusted. The walls were also a bit thin so you could hear conversations outside and at the next room.

love that the location is very strategic. so many hotpot restaurants and malls around the property. directly in front of a bus station, and just 5 mins walk to Bugis MRT. the hotel design is also aesthetic, room is very clean and the hotel staffs are friendly!

a bit disappointed because of the transparent bathroom. booked 1 room for king suite, and have requested that the bathroom would be non-transparent, turns out I was given the transparent bathroom. lack of privacy for both of me & my friend staying.

room is super clean, basic necessities such as shampoo, shower gel etc are given.

Aircond is not able to adjust and centralised, limited channel on TV and shower gel is not sufficient as for 2 beds room only given 1 shower gel and shampoo but luckily got 2 tooth brush.

The stay was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Amenities were in good conditions and basic facilities provide a quality stay. Staff there are good and are able to respond to problems or requests that you need assistance with which complements your stay at the hotel.

The floor was slighty dusty and the cabinet door is too near the bathroom light when opened. And the TV was diagonally aligned to the bed, which makes watching the TV slightly uncomfortable. Pillows are soft and only have one pillow so will be uncomfortable for those that are not used to so.

The hotel is near the famous tourist spots in singapore.

The aircon during our last night had moisture which reached our room floor. Hence the floor got wet and slippery.

Very close to two stations which take 5min to walk. It is also central to malls and other attractions.

Quite noisy - walls and door arent that sound proof so I get woken up every morning at 530am
