The hotel is kind enough to upgrade us to a suite so it definitely exceeded our expectations

Bath tub is a bit old and water is slow. Sometimes hot water will be used up in a few minutes.

About 5min walk to MRT, room is clean with facilities in good working condition. Comes with kitchenette and washing machine + dryer.

Nearby not much shopping/eateries. TV does not comes with Internet access e.g. unable to log in youtube.

The location is very convenient and the room is spacious.

It may be better to have a sliding door instead of the typical door between the rooms (common & sleeping areas) This is because I have a young child who keeps moving between the rooms and I have to keep opening and closing the door for her. And if I use the door stopper, the door partially blocks the walkway to the toilet. The door handles may also pose as a potential hazard for a young child when and manoeuvring around that area with this arrangement.

The staffs are friendly and ever ready to assist with your luggage upon arrival. Location near to mall. 5 minutes walking to Star Performing Arts Centre. Room is clean & tidy. Nice view overlooking Nanyang Technology University.

A bit further from city and airport. Limited choice for food, can opt for e-hailing delivery but limited Halal food choices.. Nearby McD and Starbucks were crowded with students. A bit challenging to dine-in.

It was next to The Star Vista with plenty of restaurants and Buona Vista MRT which was convenient for our purposes. Loved the room, clean, chic and spacious. Lots of tea bag varieties given.

Had to give a $50 deposit and they wouldn't allow a late check out at 12pm, said they were full so we had to check out at 11am. But we could use the pool and showers if we wanted to. The fridge could have been a bit colder. The TV didn't seem to work. There were 2 adults and 1 child and only 2 towels so I had to ask for a 3rd but came quickly enough. The rate is pretty pricey for the location as it isn't in the city centre but I guess this is the Singapore price.

Everything was fine. Front desk was very friendly and greeted with a smile. Really appreciate the gesture as it was my daughter’s bday.

There is no bidet in the bathroom. It is a necessity as some culture do require them. There was only one lady doing the housekeeping. Would be wonderful if the food being catered to is halal certified.

Clean property with nice staff

It was a business trip for me and the hotel was very close to my work. But it was a bit far (about $15-20) grab ride from main attractions. If you like to use public transportation, there is a train station about 10min walk from the hotel.

Nice size room with great bench for suitcases, love the bulk shampoo etc to reduce small bottles and the filtered water instead of bottled water. Comfortable bed and good housekeeping. Convenient near the mall for groceries and meals.

The wifi didn’t work both evenings we were there. For business travellers this is unacceptable, when trying to complete a speed test the page wouldn’t even load. This was in at least two hotel rooms and the foyer downstairs. If it’s a volume issue the hotel should accommodate for the number of users and bandwidth. There was no sponge to wash dishes in the room, but housekeeping left one.

Super clean, very quiet and perfect for solo stay. Staff were friendly and make me feel very comfortable. Restaurants in the colonial houses at Rochester park brings a different kind of vibe to this holiday.

Not sheltered to the nearby MRT.

Hotel with cozy and small rooms in good location, close to business district and access to MRT and shopping opportunities. Park with jogging track nearby.

Rooms are very small and quite pricey.
