High end and spacious

Problems on check in with air con (not working) in first apartment and then same again with replacement apartment. Wasted lots of time moving apartments and initially getting staff to understand the seriousness of the problem. However when they realised I was very unhappy with this situation they got into action and sorted the problem by late in the evening. Disappointing that there was this problem in the first place (in two of the apartments!) given how expensive this place is and secondly very disappointing that no sign of the complex manager at any point in the stay to acknowledge what had happened and so show some concern for your guests. For a high end and expensive place like this it is the least I would have expected.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Excellent shower and kitchen facilities met all my needs. The gym was well equipped and clean, swimming pool was a decent size and depth and staff (including security staff) were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus dropped off at strategic locations in town and useful for onward journey on the MRT. Loved the quiet location. Would mention Joseph at the front desk for sorting out the booking error on arrival and housekeeping staff who made our stay extremely comfortable.

Very noisy maintenance work (drilling any banging) during the day at the apartment next door. This happened on three days; not acceptable and did spoil our stay as we had to go out for some peace and quiet.

The size of the room in relation to the price was unbeatable. We stayed at the P block, and the room was excellent. It is located a little bit outside the main tourist areas, but the hotel has a shuttle service to downtown which runs every hour. The bus stop is also around 5 minutes away, and the Stevens train stop is a little over 10 minutes by foot. One can also use Grab which is a convenient way if walking is an issue. Cost us 15 SGD to get to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre.

As the elevators were just outside our room, we could hear one of the guest's toddler's squeals in the morning. Hopefully, guests are reminded in the future to keep noise levels down when in the building or in the hallway.

Great location in a very nice neighborhood. My wife and I enjoyed the pool and the fitness center. They have a complimentary shuttle that came handy. The staff was very helpful, always ready to assist when we needed it.

Only 1 incident. There was no transport waiting for us at the airport as requested and when we called the number we have, we got a security guard who informed us that the staff has left and that he could not help us. We had to take a taxi. We would have preferred to be informed that the key to the apartment was going to be with the security guard and that we have to arrange for our own transportation from the airport.

The location of the Property is great in Ochard of Singapore. The Residence has a shutterfly that drives the their customers down to senter and takes them back daily. Although I prefered to walk sometimes. The Residence has a lovey gym and seiling pool. The Apartment roms Are so great with good kitchen ewuipments one Would need. The breakfast was great I loved it.

+ the apartment was spacious and more comfortable than an average Singapore hotel room for a family of three + the kitchen with all the necessary utensils was an added benefit + apartment was quiet, air conditioned and cleaned daily + we arrived late in the evening and although check-in was not available until the next morning, we got access to the room quickly with all the necessary instructions for WiFi and what to do next

- the only downside of Le Grove Residences is the location. It is not very conveniently located, although theoretically very close to Botanic Gardens and Orchard Road. Consider wisely, especially if you are travelling with the closest bus stops are still a walk away.

We stayed in a ground floor, one bed apartment, perfectly adequate and equipped for two adults. Fixtures and fittings all good and very new looking. Great shower, nice to have some cooking facilities and a washer/ dryer was fab. These apartments have a really nice family feeling. There’s a beautiful pool area, plus a tennis court and gym for those who want it. Property staff very pleasant, a shuttle bus runs at least 10 times a day into the city centre, malls, with predetermined stops. Property in a nice safe area, it’s about 15 minutes walk ( not all flat !) to Orchard area. Also a complimentary breakfast is an available in a dining area, this is cereal, fruit, toast, some pastries, tea, coffee, juice. As these are serviced apartments this is an unexpected added extra, unfortunately some people really took loads extra, which is not a good look !!

Liked everything. Minor issue only - Some noise from building work on our last day, not extensive but would have been nice to be warned of this.

This is the fourth stay at Le Grove. I like the home atmosphere the unit is able to provide. Housekeeper was friendly and efficient.

Management can provide more wall hooks to hang towels, clothes etc, around the wash basin area and in the bathroom itself. This was the only inconvenience to us. As front desk staff were not available after 9 pm, even gate security was not present. I left at 5 am on July 16 and nobody was at the gate house. This lack of security is a bit alarming. Perhaps Management prides the safety of Singapore but to us foreign travelers, the presence of gate security guards after front desk is closed will offer some semblance of security.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from start to finish. The entire experience was exceptional, though I wish we had more time to fully take advantage of all the services offered. The morning breakfast, housekeeping, and shuttle service were all top-notch and truly helped us save time during our stay. We felt incredibly fortunate to find such a well-maintained service apartment in Singapore, especially in such a prestigious area. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

I am happy with everything

The location is good and has great shuttle timing. The reception is welcoming & there's a waiting room in the lobby. There's a lap pool & tennis court. A nice gym area & good equipment. The room is clean & housekeeping is every day except weekend. It has light breakfast with selections of tea/coffee & juices with limited seating. We get our breakfast to bring upstairs.

No washing machine for studio room! Prepare cash for the washer in the basement & it will cost you $10 per wash & $6 per dryer! There's no kids play area / playground Nothing else I dont realy like but it'll be nice to have hot breakfast eg egg, beans or hashbrown. Although it has a good selection for breakfast - pastry puffs, fruits & yougurt
