It is very luxurious and comfortable. Centrally located. I love all aspects of this place.

The breakfast area over festive season was in grand ball room. Their normal breakfast area is just gorgeous- presume they do this to manage the volume of people. Service was excellent regardless. I was hoping to enjoy the main area but this year from Xmas to new year breakfast was not as spectacular from an experience / ambience perspective. Also this year the spa and sauna facilities were being upgraded so did not have access . That is unfortunate as loved it last year. Missed out and may try a different hotel next year.

The St Regis in Singapore is more a 7 star hotel than a 5 star. I have stayed many times at the "7 star" Burj al Arab and the service in the St Regis is way better. The room is immaculate, every little detail is perfection, clean, comfortable. The service to offer complimentary coffee in the morning is so good. The lady at the check in she was so amazing, we had 2 bookings under 2 names and she joined them together so I did'nt have to bother to check out/in again. The hotel is so beautiful, the design, everything. One of the best hotels (I have travelled to 50 countries, stay only in top hotels). Location is great, 10 min walk to Orchard shopping, Botanical garden. Smart bell men and concierge and nice butler service

There is nothing I did not like but to make it perfection you need more fluffy towels please

the ambience is very comfortable. all the staffs are friendly and helpful. my room is clean and well stocked. in room dining food is good. I really like their butler service and how they will email me to ask for my request for my trip and reply me fast.

the bathing robes and bedsheets are clean and nice but I can see they have been used a lot because of the obvious wear and tear on them. it is a pity they don’t have Netflix channel nor can I link my iPad to their tv. but they do have a lot more cable channels and there’s a speaker that I can link my iPad via Bluetooth.

Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Room service was a bit slow but at least the food was decent. Breakfast was great. The lady noodle chef was professional : efficient, great memory of each patron's requirements, and even where they sat. Raheen at the entrance was very helpful as always whenever we were waiting for cabs and on our last day boarding our car for airport, helping us with our luggage. Left his departing guests with a fond impression of staff hospitality.

In the room: The arrangement of the sofa and the huge coffee table was a bit awkward and blocking some good space. We had to hide our suitcases behind the sofa/curtains as there was no space. Weird atmosphere in the lobby. Huge but seemed rather empty and had little character.

Service generally was good

I didn't think the check-in girls were very experienced -Late Check out was very difficult to get The concierge couldn't speak good English I had to spell a Hotel Name for him. Sheraton The limousine fee to and from the airport too expensive SI$290 per trip plus taxes is too expensive.

This was a truly exceptional hotel - the room itself is massive by Singapore's (or any country) standards and incredibly luxurious, with a massive king sized bed, a day bed, a sofa, a work desk and a bathroom with 2 vanity sinks, a walk-in wardrobe, a freestanding tub and separate shower and toilet. There are some signs of wear and tear but honestly they're minor at worst. The hotel amenities are also fantastic, with many top-notch restaurants and an amazing spa. Don't skip on the daily breakfast if you have it, as it has amazing value. The buffet spread isn't extensive, but whatever is available is good quality and the dishes you can order from the kitchen (which are included in the daily breakfast) are all delicious, especially the Epicurean Omelette, which is an egg omelette topped with an emulsion made from lobster bisque and prawns and caviar! Location is great too - while it's not right in the heart of Orchard, it's right on the fringe and well within walking distance of all of Orchard's most notable spots. But what truly stands out and sets this hotel apart from its competition is the service. The staff are friendly and always willing to help in any way that they can, and the rooms offer a 24-hour butler service that quite frankly on its own makes St Regis a cut above any other hotel I've ever stayed at. To be honest, we were not the easiest guests to accommodate as we had many requests (like planning a surprise celebration or running a bubble bath late at night) but the butler team was always ready and willing to offer their assistance, for which we were very very thankful. St Regis truly made our stay an unforgettable one and was a crucial part of many, many special memories that will stay with us for the years to come. I cannot thank the staff enough and I cannot state enough how amazing this hotel is.

Perhaps the only complaint I have, and this is a very insignificant and easily surmountable one, is that there are rather few power outlets available in the room.

The room was spacious. The bathrooms were nice, completely built in marble, all fixtures were working fine. The room is updated with electronic controls for lights, curtains and other things, on both bed side tables. The room service was excellent and the food (breakfast and dessert) were tasty. The staff (bell boy, porters, reception) were really courteous and may be one of the things that would bring me back to this establishment.

Nothing in particular.

- Breakfast was a great platter of diff foods. - Butlers were prompt upon requests and polite. - Room and toilet were very impressive. 5 stars. Felt like I was royalty. - The people receiving us upon our arrival were very very polite.

- During breakfast, Waitress missed out our chicken sausage which was part of our omelette dish. - Butlers missed out a bucket of ice when we asked for two - Laksa was quite bland - Massage was quite overpriced for the duration, but service was great. - My partner did a special birthday request through email but did not receive anything/ or any reply. It would’ve made my stay more special :(

The staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable talking to the staff. During check in, the front desk was patient and also very fast in handling my check in. The whole stay was amazing and the staff was always 'on the ball'. 10/10 highly recommended especially for couples. Breakfast was premium and the room and amenities was comfortable.

The head waiter at Astor Bar was slightly disappointing and rude. Felt as if she was selective serving, choosing to serve guest who look 'well to do better' while treating me and my partner badly. As we are in there for a complimentary aperitivo hour, we ask for some information as its our first time there, the lady was very impatient and just shove us some half effort answer. After a few moment, another group of customers in suit came in and she was all friendly with them and also gave many different recommendation to the other group without them asking. (Me and my partner was in berms and tee-shirt)

Check in was smooth and easy, the room was the epitome of luxury with space and comfort. Breakfast had everything you would expect and more regardless of the type of breakfast you prefer. A true home away from home with added extras of excellent housekeeping including the butler service.

Getting the TV to work was a bit complicated and required intervention by concierge staff.
