We absolutely LOVED staying at the Swissotel, our 4th stay over the years and it never disappoints. The staff are INCREDIBLE, nothing is ever a bother. It would have to be one of the best breakfasts around, so much choice of food and the staff in this area are AMAZING. They always greeted us with a smile and were so helpful and remembered our name as we entered. The Hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many areas, otherwise there are always taxis available to take you where you wish to go. The Hotel is constantly being updated so the rooms and all areas are modern and extremely clean. Thank you TEAM SWISSOTEL for another fantastic stay!

We were allowed a room on the 60th floor and had an awesome view of the cityscape. The location was perfect and you could get to most places via the Raffles MRT station on location or on foot. We used Grab for most of our SG itinerary and this was conveniently possible from the pickup point in front of the lobby. Loved the pool area and poolside bar. Service was great. The included breakfast is multi cuisine, comprehensive and elaborate not to mention delicious!

The in lobby restaurant Stamford brasserie is overpriced and does not deliver the goods. Can be missed!

Excellent service, what a location, so central. View from room of CBD was amazing. I highly recommend rooms from 53 to 59 have excellent views only, dosent matter which floor but from 9th floor upward. I stayed in room 955 and amazing city CBD view, Marina bay view and even you can see marina gardens by bay. So only request for these rooms when booking. just next to hotel is McDonald. This McDonald is Halal. there is also a grocery store in basement. from hotel you can go next to shopping area, food court at level 3. all accessible form hotel. For taxi make sure download "Grab" app as no Uber in Singapore. Easy to use, add you card or pay cash. You can also order food delivery using Grab.

Our first trip to Singapore and we booked this hotel based on the reviews and location. We did feel it was a bit on the pricey side but booked anyway as we did not want to take a risk on accomodation as we had 2 kids in tow. We booked 4 nights and was absolutely happy with our choice,, was well worth the price and what a first impression !! The location was the highlight as the hotel was situated above Raffles City shopping mall and the Esplanade MRT. It was very convenient for travel around Singapore as the MRT system is cheap and efficient and also the limitless food options in the Mall. We stayed in the Premier Harbour View room and the views were excellent. You could see the landmark attractions as advertised and the room itself was spacious and well equipped and most importantly , comfortable after a long day day of exploring. Special mention to all the staff that we came across, apologies for not remembering their names but your help will be definitely appreciated. Every single one of them was friendly and professional . The porter that helped us with the bags on check in and another one that waited with us while waiting for a cab after check out. The engineer that fixed a faulty toilet flush as soon as we reported it. The housekeeping guy that helped with getting us fresh towels and emptying the bins. The front office guy that extended our check out time. Concierge lady that gave us an umbrella to use for the day and answered our various questions. Your staff are an asset and they deserve all praise. Our 1st trip to Singapore was awesome we will definitely be back thanks to the wonderful experiences we had and also the best stay that was provided to us. Keep up the good work and to those that are thinking of booking a stay here, think no more, its well worth it 👍

very spacious rooms with nice views and balconies a perfect view of Marina Bay Sand from the pool entrance plenty of choices for breakfast the hotel is connected to the Fairmont Hotel and a very nice mall. an amazing food court and a supermarket accessible from the second floor! family friendly hotel

bring your own shampoo cause bathroom products aren’t any good. bathroom itself has a walk-in shower and that’s all you need. there is no check in staff but you are supposed to check in/check out alone. this makes no sense cause computer aren’t really retrieving your bookings and this makes long lines and waits. also printing your room card takes time. A normal check in desk would be much better

I was greeted at the taxi and taken personally to a desk for check-in even though they were busy. I was right up near the top of the building on floor 64 and my room/suite was great. I had not long been at the Ritz-Carlton in Melbourne and thought that was a 10/10 but it was probably a 9.5 now that I've been here... The views were awesome and I will definitely stay there again. It's centrally placed for visiting a lot of what the city as to offer, I walked to most places.

Communication with them via the Booking.com portal was difficult, I had changes to make to my booking and was left hanging till the last minute to get what I needed confirmed. Some more Plant based options in the eateries would be nice. The hi-tech light controls are ok but I really think sometimes a good old fashioned on/off switch is better by the time you figure them all out, it's time to leave!

I have been a travel journalist in the past for The Independent newspaper in London, and have stayed in five (or six) star hotels before, and the Swisshotel was right up there in terms of quality of facilities and service. It's the service that truly makes a five star hotel. I wish to commend Tony Zhen for his outstanding service during check in. He was attentive to our needs, so pleasant and professional. I felt instantly welcome, valued and in "safe hands" - please ensure he is acknowledged for his outstanding customer service. All the communal areas were beautifully maintained and added to the special, luxe atmosphere. The folded towels and gorgeous rose petals on the bed in our room was something I have not experienced in a long time - again, I felt valued. The bathroom was in pristine condition in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The view was wonderful. The air conditioning in the room was not noisy and the temperature was well regulated. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Not quite as spectacular as the Cordis in Hong Kong (with its chocolate fountain ) but very close. It had absolutely every type of food I might have wished for, and all of excellent quality.

I would have liked a greater selection of TV channels eg cable in our room. [At the Cordis in Hong Kong, our children received free ice creams at the rooftop hotel pool. Those little things again help one five star hotel stand out from the rest.] I wouldn't call it value for money - I spent more on one night than the three nights' stay in our previous hotel.

Excellent location, MRT was located just beneath hotel. Raffles City shopping centre connected to hotel - lots of restaurants and cafes open early morning till late night. Room was spacious with excellent view of marina bay sands and singapore flyer. Halal breakfast at Asian Market Cafe.

Cafe at lobby not open on Sundays and Mondays (they serve pretty good coffee). Coffee at the buffet breakfast was quite bad.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean and well looked after. Raffles City Shopping Centre was part of the complex and this was extremely convenient for food, supplies and shopping. It was great to have a balcony and access to fresh air. The view from the 13th floor of the Marina was lovely as well and really elevated the experience. The powerpoints were international, so you didn’t need an adaptor, which was also really handy. The service staff were attentive and friendly, and there were plenty available to help with whatever you need. We used a lot of in-room tea and coffee (loved the Nespresso machine!) and the service staff noticed and would give us extras; such a nice touch. The location was very good, with an MRT station right out the front and an easy 25 minute walk to the Marina Bay area.

The powerpoints were a bit fiddly, and you needed to jiggle your device to get them to work properly. We also found the airconditioner hard to operate — it was constantly really cold, and the only way to increase the temperature was to open the balcony door. Even when we set the thermostat to 26, it would blow cold air and would show the ambient temperature as 19 after a few hours (even if we turned it off!!). The in-bathroom amenities were nice but the toilet paper is poor quality.

I like that the location is very convenient, very close to City Hall and Esplanade MRT, the hotel is connected to Raffles City mall, there's a lot of restaurant options, there is Halal cafe for Muslim visitors too. I love that the room is comfortable and spacious. I love the room service the most, the room service food are delicious and worth the price and service fee. My friend and I go with the room service for all of our meals during our stay here since we are too lazy to go out.

The water pressure is low for the bidet and ceiling shower. We stayed at level 32 last time. But for the sink and detachable shower head the water pressure is good. And the pillow is a bit too soft for me as I'm used to to a harder pillow for my neck support.
