location is really great. closed to the central. very near bus stations and MRT. The room is good. very reasonable price. The operators work very well and friendly.

smell a bit old. the clothes such as pillow cover is old and a bit worn. shower room door cannot be closed and the water spills out a lot making everything wet.

The location of this hotel is amazing, MRT at the doorstep basically and within a 1 to 1.5 km walk of just about everything you would want to see and do in Singapore. Raffles hotel is just around the corner! Bugis shopping mall a minute away, Chijmes is super close and only a 1.6 km walk to Merlion Park, Glutton’s Bay and Clark Quay.

It could have been a little bit cleaner, certainly not dirty but a bit dingy also I would have loved it if there was no plastic cover on the bathroom windows, the view would have been so nice!

it was close to a train station so we could get downtown in about 30 minutes. the staff was friendly and the room was clean. the bathroom was nice too

the walls were a bit thin so you can hear people talking in the hallways

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. The location is fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions like Little India, Arab Street, the Helix Bridge, Merlion Park, and Gardens by the Bay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near an MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. We specifically visited for a concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient to take a direct ride from Bras Basah station to the Stadium station.

This hotel may not be the newest or fanciest, and it doesn't provide complimentary toothpaste and toothbrushes, which surprised me. However, it offers a nice experience overall and provides great value for your money. Since you'll likely be out exploring during your vacation, the hotel's limited amenities won't be a major concern. The most important aspect is its excellent location.

Location was good as handy to 2 subway stations for easy access to airport and around singapore.Room was very basic but clean and tidy.Shower was good as was A/C.TV reception absolutely terrible and wifi in the room hit and miss.Good access to wifi in foyer.Breakfast not offered since covid.All staff very pleasant and helpful.Late checkout available till 6.oopm if available for SGD$80.Head to Bugis station area approx 500m for good choice of eateries.Got what we expected staying again on our return from Europe in 6 weeks. No fridge in room and no access to ice if required.

Only small issues.TV reception terrible and no access to fridge or ice to keep anything cool in view of heat.Stayed on second floor with room having no window which could be an issue for some but not us.

Location is fantastic! Super close to lots of different MRT stations, Hawker food markets, Bugis centre and only around a 30min walk to Gardens by the Bay. Aircon was good and strong water pressure.

There is a bit of mold and you can hear ppl in the hallway, it also would have been handy to have a minibar fridge so you could have cold water. It is expensive for what you get (especially if you were in other parts of the world) but good for Singapore prices. Perfect accommodation for ppl and families who go out to explore and just come back to the hotel to sleep.

I love the location of the hotel. very near bugis area which I love to explore for food trips, shopping and accessibility going to Singapore must go areas.

The property’s location I would say is the best part. The staffs are very accommodating as well. They let us enter our room early since the room was already ready. However, upon staying there for 5 days they do not clean the room but rather change the towels and throw the trash only. They don’t even organize the sheets or vacuum or sweep the floors. I have been to 3 star hotels in Manila but they do clean everyday and not only change the towels. Staying here for vacation is already good given with the price and location and also because we only came at night to sleep. Still, it would have been better if they do cleaning properly as it would be nice to be back in a clean room. :)

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its centrality - you are literally living in the center, within walking distance to numerous attractions and sites. Naturally, access to public transportation is very good - as you can get on just about any of the main metro lines by walking a few hundred meters. There are countless shopping and dining options for all budgets in the vicinity. The room itself was good, clean (cleaned every day), and with all the necessary facilities (even a fridge). The hotel and the room are wheelchair accessible. The staff was kind and helpful.

While by local standards the room could certainly be considered as good value for money (considering the aforementioned advantages), but it is not cheap, and if you're looking to save some money and accessibility is not an issue, you may wish to compromise and take something a bit further from the center - as long as there's a metro station nearby, you'd hardly feel the difference. Other than that, the light in the room could have been a bit brighter, and the room does seem a bit old and could benefit from a renovation, but that wasn't a big deal.

Staff was friendly. Value for money. Room size was small but adequate. Booked 2 room one without the window and a twin room. Room without the window was not bad, it served the purpose. Rooms were clean, WiFi was excellent. Nothing to complain because I knew the pros and cons before going

Negative points: rooms are small, no water bottles and no tea or coffee with a kettle, in the room without the window (they didn't provide bz their fire alarm would have activated if a kettle was used), could hear foots steps and sounds, no sound proofing rooms but it wasn't disturbing bz it happened once in a while.
