it is close to bugis mrt station and bus stops, you can access MRT Exit B just two blocks across (Tan Quee Lan St.), and bus routes going to Vivocity (Sentosa) / MBS / CBD can be accessed at a bus stop opposite the National Library. there is a small hawker nearby called Seng Huat Coffee House for affordable breakfast, a 7-11, and lots of vendo machines so you dont have to worry about going hungry. tap water is safe to drink so we saved a lot on buying drinking water. staff are friendly and the rooms and hallways are clean. we booked the room with windows so there was no problem about our stuff getting damped or feeling cramped. They also allowed us to check in an hour earlier since there was already a room available which was nice. the area is overall safe and well lit even if you go home late at night.

expect the room to be smaller than other hotels with a pretty basic facility as it is a budget hotel and Singapore is rather expensive in terms of lodging. If you prefer to have a fridge in the room, take the superior rooms as the standard rooms don't have it.

First time tried 2 stars budget hotel, but all hotel staff worth 5 stars for their valuable and responsible services! All hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. always tried to helped me when I needed during my stay, and always wear a warm smile whenever I met them. From check in till check out, house keeping, all in room needed items like bottle water, coffee, tea, facial tissue, bath towels (no face towel) dental kits, toiletries... were provided daily without failed. The room, beds, mini fridge, electric kettle were cleaned to use upon arrived. Hotel did provide a hair dryer in our room but we did not use it. The shower head was another bonus point to highlight, the water pressure was very powerful, my husband and my 2 kids included me really enjoyed the shower time! Although this is a budget hotel, but this hotel provided almost everything you needed although not branded stuffs, really gave all travelers a big convenient, but not for fussy high class travelers. Another must highlight point is the location, food and drink and shopping are all around the hotel. 7-11 beside the hotel, MRT station just opposite the hotel, bus stop in front the hotel, walkable to most of the nearby famous surroundings too, it's really convenient for family with kids like me! My kids felt relaxed and enjoyed very much during their stay, will definitely stay again in future and hope can see all friendly staff again! Overall, this 2 stars budget hotel surprisingly meet my all needed expectations! Keep it up!

As no wardrobe in the room, hope can fix more hooks to hang clothes and bags. Can consider fix an in room hot and cold drinking water machine to replace bottle water and electric kettle? It'll be more eco friendly, easy and hygiene, Also, can consider replace the single bed to a bunk bed but remain the queen size double bed to make it a quadruple room as it'll be more convenient for family of 4?

If you are looking for an affordable/budget hotel in Singapore that is comfortable and convenient then this a great choice. My family got two separate room. They were smaller than what we are used to but we already knew that prior to picking this place. Still, it was comfortable. It’s a 5-minute walk from Bugis. There’s a 7-Eleven right to the hotel. There are plenty of good food choices nearby. Our favorite place to eat is probably the one near Queen Street Carpark. It’s also near the airport, our taxi arrived at Ibis in less than 20 minutes. They also changed our towels and clean-up our room on daily basis. No problems with check-in or check-out. Overall, a great stay for my family.

Check-in was swift and easy and they allowed me an earlier check-in as there was room available. Location was in Bugis, close to MRT station and Bugis street and on the other side is where Suntec is. Basically, location was a great choice. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff even lent me an umbrella to use when it was raining heavily and allowed me to store my luggage with them on my last day after my check-out. Great staff!

I stayed in Ibis Joo Chiat twice just before this and all the toothbrush and coffee and tea were replenished on a daily basis. However, when I stayed at Ibis Bugis, all these were not replenished daily though upkeep was requested and done for my room. Apart from this, all was great!

Location is good. Cheap compare to other hotels in Singapore. They also let us leave our luggages even after checkout. They also replenish the coffee and towels everyday. If you are planning to use Grab/zig as mode of transportarion, this the best spot as it is at the center of the attractions. Water pressure is also good with hot/cold options. 7 11 everywhere too.

All good except for the bed is quite hard. If you stay long, you will feel the discomfort. Expect the size of the room is small. 4 luggages for 2 people will not fit but the price is very cheap so we didnt mind

I stayed in this hotel 3-4 times already. great location. bed is comfortable enough. internet is decent. perfect for short stays if you only need a place to shower and sleep. value for money. don't expect 5 star hotel amenities. it's a budget hotel and rating it based on that. 7-11 beside the hotel. bus stops nearby.

could do with better bathroom design. there is no separate shower stall. it's in front of the toilet so if you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. no refrigerator/chiller. no wardrobe. just a few hangers for your clothes. rooms can be cleaner. on a number of occasions, i saw thick dust on surfaces, under the bed, a few strands of hair on the bed. if you are super picky about cleanliess, find a better hotel.

The hotel is located in one of the most convenient locations in Bugis. Just 10-15mins walk to Bugis MRT, Bugis Junction and Bugis Plus. There's even a 7-Eleven right beside the hotel which is a blessing for most guests. Being a budget hotel, the rooms are obviously small but it's certainly comfortable enough with sufficient amenities for the casual traveller. A big thank you to a very friendly and helpful front desk staff by the name of Chloe, who made my stay even more memorable.

There is no mini fridge in most rooms. Would be nice if the management could provide at least this added amenity for every room. The hotel could also consider providing a small bar of soap for those who prefer to use that rather than shower gel.

No need to worry about foods/drinks. - Friendly and kind staffs - Elevator facilitated - Room is very clean - Space under bed, good to put luggage - 2x USB charging ports, and 2x normal electricity supply in a room. One of the normal supply accepts any type of plugs. - Tap water is drinkable

- No fridge in room nor at aisle - Shower and toilet are in the same space, no separation wall (something like seen at low price hotels in China). So toilet is get soaked after using shower.

First of all, I really love the strategic location. Not far from Bugis Junction, but places such as Sultan Mosque, Bras Basah, Suntec City, Raffles City,, even Esplanade are within walking distance. Check-in/check-out was a smooth experience. I love the design of our room that makes the best of the limited space. Bed was nice, hot water was always available. There's a 7 Eleven on the ground floor, but it's open at 7 am and does not operate 24/7.

Even though it's "budget", it's still a bit pricey, but I guess that's just how Singapore is. There's some stain on my blanket, but it's on the part that's normally tucked to the side of the bed, so I only realised it when the blanket had come undone in the morning. It wasn't a source of trouble, but probably you can improve the cleanliness a bit more.

Excellent location - just a short walk from Bugis MRT station, and the shops at Bugis Junction. There's a 7 Eleven next door, and a good breakfast/ lunch cafe just round the corner.

The room had no windows, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the air smelled damp after awhile.
