Very clean and modern , well looked after . A good location close to restaurants and shopping centres . The concierge - I think a chap called - Monet or Monay - don’t know the spelling ! Could not have been more helpful , excellent service

On arrival , you are required to download an app to check in . This didn’t work for us , and luckily the concierge was on hand to help us . This fault which was acknowledged, added around 25 mins to check in , we were lucky it wasn’t the early hours when we arrived otherwise I don’t know what would have happened . Rooms are compact but modern and clean, ok if you intend to only use it as a base to sleep and wash in

Located at the heart of Singapore close to Suntec and National Library. Hotel is newly opened so room looks new and modern. Room access is through their phone app, which is really advanced. Room is compact and cosy for solo traveller like me. There is an authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice store just around the corner. Taste really good and there is local teh and kopi served there as well. Overall, superb experience!

Need to walk a couple of stairs to access to lift on the ground floor but not a big issue for me.

Property was really cool! Lovely and new. Clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful both in person and in what’s app. Loved the app you download to access your room, was easy and meant you didn’t have to worry about loosing your room key (which is on your phone in the app) location was awesome! Highly recommend staying if you are in Singapore

Room is compact but honest it didn’t matter, it has everything you need and is well designed.

The property was great, very clean and convenient. Room was small but still a great stay. The only con was the shower, it was hard to get in and out of because I'm a big guy and it was had to squeeze past the door

Is a brand new hotel that located at Bugis area ,walking distance to MRT ,room is clean and the bed is super Comfortable. Love the coffee machine at the lobby 😍 Will recommend to all my friends and family

Great location: Only 5-minute walk to Bugis Station and in an area full of eating outlets, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and responsive to noise issues in the wee hours of the night from a neighbouring room. Easy communication via WhatsApp which is responded to immediately 24/7.

Not an issue for able bodied travellers but the only room available for those with mobility/access needs is the ground floor room as the lift to the other floors are up 4-steps and all the floors have a step from the lift foyer. Room is very compact but well designed to make the most of the space.

Great location. I liked the hotel size, you’re not going to get big tour groups here. Good, free coffee. Cool-looking and easy to identify building. Can leave luggage in lobby and although anyone could walk in off the street and take it, no one does because its Singapore.

They don’t have reception staff per se, so a little tech savvy is required to set up and use the phone app to access the room. Room is small by American standards, but again its Singapore. In particular regarding the size, the room I was in had the bed bounded by walls on three sides. Fine for one person, but if you had two in the bed and the person on the wall side had to use the bathroom at night, they’d have to climb over the other person to get out.

Amazing location within easy reach (walking or public transport) of lots of central attractions. Despite the size of the room, it was thoughtfully designed and had more storage space than expected. Hotel facilities were comprehensive and I liked the self check in / check out and chat messaging to reception feature.

We had the windowless room on the top floor. Windowless didn't bother us as there was plenty of atmospheric lighting (and a thoughtful nightlight!) in the room, however it's worth noting that the windowless rooms are directly next to the lift machinery, and in the early morning we would be woken up by the sound of the machinery when we lift was called. Might be an issue if you're a light sleeper or want a lie in.

Very nice co-living hotel in the centre of Singapore, close to all major tourist attractions. The rooms are quite small but very well furnished, so that if you keep the room tidy the space is enough. Staff very friendly and always available, you can text them in the chat and someone will bring you anything you need. Water and coffee machines available in the common area. The door unlocking mechanism via app is also very nice, there is no risk of losing the key card around.

The toilet cubicle was very small, not very comfortable for tall people

The staff was very accommodating by getting your room ready before the official check-in and also helped us with checking in through the app. The room was clean and modern, we were able to open a window which I like from time to time. Airco worked fine and there is a water dispenser in the kitchen area as well as coffee and tea. Perfect location to walk to little India and other sights and also close to the MRT.

We were glad to being able to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out but you have to leave them in the open area of the hotel next to the front door which made us a little nervous as everyone could have just taken them or stuff out. However, it is in sight of the staff members.
