The room was spacious for Singapore standards, especially when I'm traveling with 2 kids. I like that there were snacks at the lift lobby that I could give as a treat to my kids.

I really don't like the entrance because it is so cramped. Context: The entrance is via a restaurant. The door size is like those you use for the toilet or back office entrance. What made it worse was the humungous payment counter because it doubled up as a coffee brewing station with sink and all. This created a narrow hallway-like entrance. And what made it even worse is that there is a table for 2 aligned to the border line of the payment counter. Basically, you can't walk in with your luggage without knocking the door, the stuff around the entrance, payment counter and then finally stuck behind the table for 2. You will have to do some furniture moving to get through.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days. During that time all the staff on the front desk were extremely helpful, polite and professional. They helped us with directions to attractions and places of interest, also good places to eat. The location was excellent , just a short walk to Suntec City shopping mall and most of the attractions. The room was small but comfortable and daily bar fridge stocked with snacks. No breakfast is served yet due to covid restrictions but plenty of places nearby to eat. Have laundry facilities next door which is handy. Perfect place to stay if you want to see the city sights.

Nothing really

The staff is very friendly and will give you appropriate answers when you have questions or asking. The location is great! Convenient to move anywhere. There is also a very delicious local Kaya toast shop at the corner of the same street on the hotel. I lost some of my belongings at the hotel and ended up returning to Japan, but I'm really grateful that they contacted me and gave me advice on what to do. Please be careful when checking in as it is easy to mistake this hotel for the one next door.

You can hear sometimes the noise from the next room. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The location is perfect. Close to 3 MTR and a lot of restaurants and shops. The bed was comfy and the staff was super friendly. The aircon broke down while we were there and they did everything to make it cooler in our room. We were there during the F1 and the hotel is very close to the gates. So no long travel once you want to go to your hotel. The minibar is free, which is also very nice.

The bathroom is a bit small and the waterpressure for the rain shower wasn't great. But that's just a very minor thing.

The front desk staffs were very nice and accommodating. They also had good tips about SG in general. The location was very central.

Our room had a sofa bed that was marketed as a bed, but it was really hard and uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep in that "bed"!

Friendly staff, didn't bring my charger and cable for my phone , i asked the hotel staff who was on night shift do they have spare and they did borrow it for the night and return it back when i check out, which I'm thankful. Excellent 👍🏽

Maybe just the toilet can be a fully covered door rather than a see-through door?

Good location which is near to the MRT, nice restaurants. The customer services are great. They also provide free minibars which comes in as a bonus.

Not a complain, but the room is abit smaller and the dont really have a great view from the room. The overall facilities of the building does seems old and souldproofing can be improved. as i can hear every single time when people walk past my room and closing their doors.

The staff was really friendly, and very kind to accommodate our requests (as it was our anniversary). Room wise, we loved that it was small and cozy though this might not be for everyone, and how it was located in the city centre. Didn't get to try the food there but highly recommend this place to those in need of a short stay / looking for a short staycaytion!

It wasn't exactly the most sound proof, so it was easy to pick up on noises from neighbouring rooms. It wasn't awful for us as everyone was really considerate, and it only happened during the day when we were about to go out -- but this might not be for everyone!

Location is great; accessible to nearby shops, MRT, including local food. Area is safe. The room is great, staffs are amazingly helpful an friendly. Hotel provides free minibar and water which are refillable daily.

Shower room is OK, the only unpleasant thing is urine smell. It is suspected the odor comes from hot water. Whenever warm/hot water is used, the odor would get stronger and stay throughout our stay.
