The staff was great, the hotel furniture was looking like new and the room looked in good condition. Breakfast was good. We were greeted by 2 chocolates left next to the bed. It is 5 minutes walking distance from a shopping center, so that is a bonus.

It showed up in filters that it could fit 2 adults and a 5 yo child, but that is really a rather subjective evaluation. We were missing a bit of space in bed, but we managed it. However the towels were for only 2 people, so we were missing a set for the kid.

Great sauna and jacuzzi. Very nice reception personel, especially the one working in the evening / night shift. Very good breakfast and variety of dishes to select for eating.

Some extra square meters, or extra shelves for clothes in the appartment could help to achieve even better comfort.

Very comfy room and breakfast was delicious! Access to the spa was the biggest win for us: considering it has a jacuzzi and 3 saunas, it provides very good value for money! I would totally come here again. The staff was also very friendly and everything went very smooth.

We had a very fine experience overall, the only improvement I would see is that it would really help if there was a reservation system in place for the spa: When we went to the spa there were quite a few people there and without a clear reservation system in place, we were shy of staying as much as we wanted because we wanted to give the others time to enjoy the facilities as well.

Fantastic place to stay. We had SPA included. Room and everything was cery clean. English speaking staff was very helpful and kind. Like, really kind and helpful. Amazing place to stay for this price. Also parking is free of charge etc.

Nice hotel, nice rooms

No restaurant in the hotel for lunch/ dinner. Spa center is working only after 1 PM. The bathroom was wet - water was running from the shower and there is no siphon in the bathroom to drain

The interior design was nice, breakfast was good.

The bathroom could use some improvements(leaking shower cabin, the floor had bumps). There could be a better heating management system in the room.

The resort is amazing ! The stuff was very kind and they eased all of our inconveniences. The room was very clean and and as good as you expect it from the pictures ! They welcomed us with a rich breakfast.. The hotel provides spa which will relax you from a long trip ! Amazing experience , book it without hesitation !

the big parking lot, reception is big and luxurious, nice elevator, the hallways are really nice and the room is big enough and clean.

A little bit more light in the rooms wold help but that’s not a really big problem.

- It is not close to center but if you have a car, it is not a big issue. 10 minutes driving to old town.
