- Great connections to the city: The bus stop was very close and had direct connections to the Center and train station; - The room was clean and quiet (apart from the bathroom fan); - Great continental breakfast; - Quick and easy check in/ check out.

- The bathroom had a very noisy fan that sounded like a helicopter taking off whenever you would turn on the lights; - The shower room door couldn't be closed properly, so water would inevitably be spilled whenever someone took a shower.

It is in the city, but not necessarily in the middle of the crowded zones which offers tranquility

Very strict schedule regarding check-in. Only between 16 - 22 hours. We came for a party that started at 2 PM so we had to go to the party before checking in the hotel, and then we had to leave the party early just so we can make it before check in was closed. Very inconvenient if you’re going for a day only.

The breakfast was good, good enough to survive without meal till PM hours. Very good location, by some walk you can access the old part of the city, also by public transport you can easy access any part of the city. In the room you can adjust desired temperature as it was essential during could weather. We didn’t notice excessive noise from neighbour rooms or street.

Absence of a water kettle in the room.

Nice and clean hotel near to the town center. The staff is very helpful. You can check in online, if you are coming late, the keys will wait for you (you get a password). Everything clean and nice, free parking place behind the hotel. In separate room is a kitchen, but no kitchenware (it is actually not needed, as you have pizzerias, burgers, cafeterias just in front of a hotel open 24hours).

The staff were very helpful, and our room was totally clean.

The bed was a little bit squeeky. And at breakfast, you had to ask for hot water, which is a little bit inconvenient (and breakfast options could be a bit more varied).

The room was spacious enough.

The hotel looks and is ran like a hostel. You can't find people at the front desk around the clock and it is a hassle to share one single tag key to open the main door. Also, in order to access the parking lot you have to call somebody in case you're checking out and after a snowstorm it was really hard to get in. Almost got my car stuck.

The location and the staff (the receptionist) was really nice.

The parking lot was full when I arrived (at reservation I was told I have reserved a parking spot). Also there was a lot of noise in the hotel, even after 23.

Good value for money in a great location, 45 min walk to town or 5 min in a taxi for £3 Great food just across the road and shops at 2 min walking distance

Large, very clean, cozy & quiet room. Free parking included. Friendly welcome from the receptionist. Supermarket accross the street. Close to the city center.

No breakfast included even with extra charge due to the pandemic. Lack of devices in the kitchen. We weren't provided with a bottle of water on the arrival. Weak wi-fi signal. Few shampoo & shower gel products.

The property is located in a nice area, between the train station and the city center. The rooms are spatious, breakfast was good and had just enough options. All in all, it worth the money.

The matresses are decent, but not very comfortable.
