Greatest Hotel ever! Particular design with the biggest rooms that I’ve seen in a hotel. Great SPA for a well deserved relaxation. Breakfast covers all tastes and they go above and beyond to please everyone. The Staff is the extra touch. They are all great. You just need to ask them whatever, and they will try EVERYTHING to meet your request. Keep going! Faith in Romanian tourism is restored after this is experience!

This hotel felt so good we skipped half a day of ski just to stay until checkout time. It's clean, with a big soft comfortable bed, big room and loved the glass shower. The design of the room is very tasteful, with attention to details. There are sliding doors that can cover the glass shower, the trash, toilet paper and other items are hidden from the view in the walls. The breakfast was also very good, with quality ingredients. And the waiters were always ready to help you. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Bring pool slippers with you if you're planning of using the spa, as they can only provide hotel-type single-use, which are not suitable for wet environments.

Nitpicking: One side of the bed was squeaking a bit too loud during "casual activities" and the water didn't drain fast enough in the shower, making you stay in a small puddle while showering. And the train sound might wake you up in the morning. Careful when entering/exiting from the underground parking lot if your ground clearance is 13 cm or lower. None of these were serious issues for us and we will come back.

Lovely room and fantastic comfortable bed. Excellent meal in restaurant although a little pricey. There isn’t really anything around locally, quite a way from the old town and all the cafes and restaurants. Good location from the station as literally just over the road which was why we chose it. Very quiet. Spa was great, there is a €12 euro charge, although this is converted to Romanian Lei so it does work out at a bit more than €12, well worth it though for a relaxing afternoon.

We wanted a light lunch but there was nothing on offer other than the restaurant which had the same menu as the evening. Would have liked the option of a sandwich or lighter bite. There also is nothing around the hotel so would need a taxi or a long walk to a cafe or restaurant.

The cleanness, the friendly staff, the excellent breakfast, the design and size of the room, the best coffee, the nice ambient smell in the lobby. The hotel is excellent, very clean and well preserved. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee served was the best one I have ever had at a hotel breakfast. The rooms are super clean and spacious. The bed is higher than usual similar to American hotels. The wc is separated from the rest of the bathroom with a wall and a door.

The bed, way too soft for a confortable sleep. We only stayed one night and it was terrible for our backs.

I am forced to give a lesser rating this time (its usually a 10* rating I leave), due to a few things: (1) In room 909, the lights were flickering, (2) In room 910, the drainage in the shower was clogged, resulting in water coming out of the shower cabin and (3) for both rooms the housekeeping came very late in the afternoon around 16:45 which was an inconvenience as we just got back after being out most day. We expected the water and coffees to be topped up. I could tell it was a busy weekend and the hotel was packed, but these things needs attention. As a premium hotel, with a premium price tag, these things needs to be carefully addressed to ensure you maintain the high quality of service.

The room was simply amazing, clean, modern and with lots of extra facilities. Breakfast was absolutely great - a lot of varieties , very diverse and suitable for all tastes ( kids included) The hotel is basically across the street from the train station - which for me was very suitable since i was traveling by train so I didn't waste any time with taxi/ bolt etc to get to the train station. The staff is really awesome. The service is premium and I am even more grateful that even if check-out was at 12:00 , I could prolong my stay in the room for 1h:30 min more without any issue. I will definitely return.

I like it, but I was staying alone in the room - I don't know how was in other cases but since the shower cabin is somehow integrated in the room and transparent as well - if you go for business purpose and you share your room with a colleague - maybe is not so comfortable. But then again, maybe not all rooms have this kind of shower cabin.

The modern hotel room was spacious, very clean, and luxurious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The spa was excellent and I loved my massage! the hot tea and cookies sent to my room after the spa treatment was top notch. The front desk team were great and their English was fantastic. The gym is unreal, and the easy access to bowling and billiards is unique. Their breakfast is exceptional!

Our TV did not work, even after two technicians coming to see it. We didn’t need the TV but it’s something that should work. We wish the property was a little closer to downtown.

5* hotel experience: both interior and furniture are of an impeccable quality (except the artwork in rooms), super comfortable, well done! same goes for food and drinks/wine selection.

- not transparent booking policy: there are hiden (or extra) charges, which is a shame for such a good hotel. - pool area small and flooded most of the time (not maintained efficiently enough) - spent 2 nights there and experienced empty shower/shampoo bottles, which means it haven't been checked/refilled for a long time

Everything is simply perfect! From the very welcoming employees at the reception desk, to the friendly service in the restaurant. The relaxing, cozy atmosphere and the exceptionally tasting dishes. The room that awaits you with everything you need to make your stay perfect. A perfectly filled minibar, in which you find everything for every taste. A cozy bed that has the best mattresses we ever experienced in a hotel. As also an excellent choice of wines to round up your stay. The breakfast is rich and fresh. Thought of any and every need and taste and included in the room rate. This time we only managed to stay one night, as we were just on our way back home from a long trip. But we know from our previous stays that their Spa is simply fantastic and definitely a must for every stay.
