The breakfast is good with lots of choices, the hotel has a lot of facilities for kids. The staff was nice.

The restaurant opens for lunch only at 13 and the spa/pool at 12. For families with small kids that sleep at lunch the schedule is not good at all cause you either can take the kids from 12 to 13, then for lunch and sleep at 14 which is late for a small kid or you can go to the pool after the nap which most probably is again only one hour cause after 5 kids are not allowed anymore. If i pay for a hotel with extra facilities i want to be able to enjoy them with my kid. They store the extra beds on the hallways, for a 4 star hotel is not a very nice picture.

Location, food (home made bread, diversified breakfast, good coffee), amazing for kids (playgrounds, bicycles, a lot of nature, etc)

Parking is charged, even though is their private park space and you can hardly get there without a car.

Everything! Didn’t knew the location was kids friendly! We had a very pleasent surprise since we were traveling with our one and a half tear luttle daugther! So everything was as expected!

I didn’t liked the message at the end of the rules note handed over at reception! It was written with capital letters that you cannot bring drinks outside the compund inside the rooms!! ( what????) And also that the Tap water is not really drinkable (whattt???) it’s a 4stars compound and water is not drinkable? So you encourage me to buy it from your restaurant at restaurant pricea? That’s a clear NO for me! Other than that no other issues!

Overall pleasant stay, lots of facilities for children and a good option close from Brasov and Rasnov. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, it was clean. There is a pool and sauna option worth visiting, that allows children. Food was good.

The bathroom was badly equipped and maintained for this price range. The ask you to pay for parking (upfront) even though it is exterior and not secure, but worst of all there is not nearly enough room for everyone so you end up paying for something you do not benefit from. The restaurant is badly lit and short on staff, so waiting times and longer than average and longer than they should ever be, especially for the price. The pool is open for children only from noon until 5 PM; I would have prefered that they be open during the morning

The food is absolutely amazing: hot bread fresh from the oven, local traditional dishes made from bio and local farms products, home made sausages, ham, bacon, smoked fish, smoked pork tenderloin and more and a very strong palinca. Also the kitchen staff is open for requests outside the standard menu. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The yard is beautifull: open fire place for the night, small fishing ponds, footbal field, small animals such rabbits. Also has a nice pplayground for children. The surroundings are very nice, you can go for a bike ride,r a hike or just a walk around the property, near the mountains. Will return soon, for sure.

They organize our room for Valentine day in a very romantic way. Really love the extra mile they went, the flowers, decorations, everything. The location is super, with all the snow around was perfect. Rooms are clean comfy, furniture nicely painted. The Spa was quite nice, not big but a lot of things, several saunas, heated water, cold water, salt room, relax room with nice smell and also a selection of tea. They have outside pool with heated water and you can enjoy an amazing view of the stars. I will definitely want to come again.

The beds are for one person, and they move, leaving a gap between them, even if set close.

SPA access (opened until 23:00) included in the room price as well as the breakfast with nice and various selection. Bonfire in the evening for relaxation. Two outside small polls one of them heated, free to use at any hour. Nice relaxing music in the courtyard. We were also greeted with a complementary bootle of wine in the room. nice touch. 🙂 Overall a nice experience and we will definitely come back.

Walk-in shower floor tiles do not have a proper inclination so the water to go trough the floor sewer so half the bathroom got flooded after a shower.

- one of the best and various breakfast we ever had - the location is great and they pay attention to the details - perfect for a short escape with or without the kids - the spa is very nice, indoor pools are very small, not for swimming, but the rest is very modern and nice. The kids can stay until 19:00, and they keep it open for adults until 23:00.

- they have no AC and the rooms facing the spa they get really warm - they have 3 outdoor jacuzzis, 2 of them were with clear, cold water, the only one with warm water was super dirty

The location is remote and quiet, with a big yard and activities for children( bikes, an outdoor playground and some bunnies). I understood there is also an indoor playroom with supervision, possibility for cinema, etc, but did not visit it. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, the room was well heated and we enjoyed their breakfast with plenty of options for children. The restaurant also serves a la carte and the food is very good.

The schedule for both restaurant and spa are not very child friendly, the restaurant opens at 13, which is late for small children and the pool is only available for children between 12-17, times when most children will nap. Maybe an earlier opening time would be appreciated by families with kids.

The Spa is really nice. Although a bit small, it had everything you needed. Nice touch with water and tea for everyone. I had the best breakfast ever and also best papanasi dessert. Great playground for kids, free bicycles, and lot of space for kids to play around.

Water could be 2-3 degrees higher in the small swimming pool. For families with kids, a topper would be nice to put on top of the 2 single beds
