The staff was very nice. Everybody treated us more than satisfactorily. The food was good as well, portions pretty big. Pool also nice.

The hotel is clearly outdated. A not-so-big investment would raise this hotel back on its feet. Repainting, making sure that all the mold or the deteriorated doors and heaters would place this establishment back at the top of the Poiana Brasov Hotels.

I was very pleased to see the difference in cleanliness and services from our last stay at this hotel. (and looked like they treated their fellows expats with some more respect than our last stay) it took us a while to come back after our last experience but I am happy we gave it another try!

The SPA is just perfect. Better than Alpin Resort. Pool is warm and all facilities in the SPA are great. The appartement is located above the city and the view is beautiful. There is AC in the room, although didn't use it. Restaurant has few options, but tasty and with good prices. Try the cocktails at the bar...

I asked for an additional bed, but there was only a couch, which is very very small (140cm long) and they didn't prepare the sheets. I used an armchair to make the bed longer... Second day the room was not cleaned and I had to ask to get it done the next day. Unusual for a 4 stars hotel.

I liked the confort of the room, the pool, breakfast was also good. The room was very warm.

I didn't like the fact that people weren't using caps at the pool, therefor there was hair in the water. Also the bathroom was a little bit old with rust on some equipment. I also disliked the missing electrical power near bed.

10 mins walk to the slopes which after a long day of skiing felt tedious to walk up hill. minor issue and made up for the nice hotel ambiance

Everything was clean, the breakfast was excellent and plenty to choose from, got a really splendid view from our balcony, the pool was big, clean, the spa area was also very well taken care of, very spacious bathroom

two outlets in the room only to charge all the electronic devices, during the evening we needed some help and the girl who had the shift kept dodging our request, said she already told someone to help us, we had to go back two times after an hour and then she said it's too late now to fix it, after she already told us it's going to get fixed, the one working the next shift was very sweet, so I'm not fully complaining about the workers at the reception

The room was spacious, it was clean when we arrived and we had a good enough breakfast each day. We especially enjoyed the pool and the sauna. The games and table tennis room were closed when we arrived.

I think the breakfast could have been varied from day to day. Being one of the first hotels in Poiana Brasov, the furniture was a bit old and needed repairing. We expected to have a balcony but we only had one door window which could open all the way and had a rail to it, so it would be safe for kids.

Great experience, a beautiful room with an amazing view, great staff, clean and quiet. We enjoyed every single time! We will come back for sure!!! Breakfast very good, a lot of options for everyone, the pool and the deck with sun beds, was perfect for our holiday! Thank you everyone from PIATRA MARE! Keep doing the great work!

Breakfast was perfect for us. Lots of options to choose. The staff was really carefull and always ready to top up the empy trays.

The room we stayed in was very clean and pretty spacious. The view from the window, AMAZING! The food, Yummy and all the personell was very helpfull. Last but not least, the pool was the biggest plus. The bar had good drinks and the feeling of drinking something cold in a hot pool is really interesting and pleasant. Overall, it is a great place wich we highly recommend! 💕
