Perfect location, very nice breakfast, friendly staff. Big like to Claudia Tofanel from front desk. I forgot something at the hotel and next day I received it at my home. She definitely knows how to go to extra mile when it comes to customer service.

The spa area could be improved - from facilities to cleanliness. The inside pools are a bit cold, the kids pool wasn’t very clean. Whoever cleans the floors is doing it totally wrong using lots of cleaning products and not rinsing the floor properly. It’s extremely slippery and dangerous, my kids fell lots of time but it was difficult for me as well. So please have a look into this matter.

There were some small things that may have bothered, but can be quick fixes, this is why it has a 9 not a 10: - at night there were some employees transporting bottles and doing loud noise, but it was couple of sec, the issue was their attitude, as they were mocking one of the guests that told them why are they goin it at that hour; with closed windows you could not here it - in the pool, there are some details that can help improve the experience; in the big pool, on the stairs the edges are not even and sometimes scratching the skin; same in the big pool with jacuzi, the metal lines are not even and are cutting if you are unlucky - this are details, but would make it a perfect location

I recently had the privilege of an extended stay at Aurelius Imparatul Romanilor with my family, initially intending to stay just for one night. However, the overwhelming warmth and exceptional service prompted us to extend our visit to almost two weeks. What makes this hotel stand out from the many I've visited is the outstanding team of professionals. Leading the pack is Dennis at reception, an individual whose hospitality and professionalism are truly in a league of their own. Dennis was the key factor in making us feel not just welcomed, but at home, his remarkable dedication to service made our stay more enjoyable, and it was this exceptional standard that made us want to extend our stay. Equally commendable was Vasile, the bell boy, who was incredibly attentive to our needs, helping us with a sincere smile, and Raul from the bar whose congenial nature contributed significantly to our decision to extend our stay. The breakfast and Miorita restaurant staff were incredibly courteous, always ready to assist with our children's meals, and made our dining experience delightful. The facilities at the hotel catered perfectly to our family's needs. The pools, children's playground, and other amenities were excellent, but it was the human touch, the real essence of hospitality that left us truly impressed. In conclusion, our stay at Aurelius Imparatul Romanilor was an embodiment of genuine hospitality. It's clear that their staff is not just professionally trained, but also inherently gracious. Their exceptional service will certainly see us returning. I wholeheartedly recommend Aurelius Imparatul Romanilor for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay.

The pools and the sauna were great; staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good; Loved that there was an indoor playground.

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable; Rooms needed an upgrade; Price is too high for what you get.

Lovely friendly staff; delicious and varied breakfast; large spacious room with high ceiling; comfortable bed and bedding.

Although the room is large, it raises questions: for example, in the corridor there is neither an ottoman nor a chair on which you can sit down to put on shoes. The sockets are inconveniently located - it was difficult to get to them behind the bedposts. The lock of the bathroom door was very loose - it took effort to close and open the door. There were no kettle, coffee, or even water in the room (except for the minibar).

The room, the location, the view, the breakfast. Very spacious complex. I loved the excellent playing rooms for children - certainly a bonus for families with kids.

We had an issue with the cleaning. They didn't come on time, sometimes missed a day; didn't change shits through our 4 nights stay. In the breakfast restaurant the by defolt answer was "no": -Could you pls warm up the room? -No. But then they did it somehow. -Could you please turne the music volume down? - I think it's quite ok. What kind of reaction it is? Let alone the idea of music with early breakfast, which contradicts the digestion. The spa is clean and comfortable but didn't find changing room. Was told they don't have one.p

Great hotel in great location with very impressive grounds. The spa facilities are fantastic and the hotel is very well placed with great views. Hotel staff were extremely helpful to make sure we had the facilities we wanted allowing us a choice of rooms to make sure we were comfortable. Great breakfast selection and nice restaurant.

Initial room offered was not quite as we expected from our booking, but this was resolved very quickly but the front of house staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. The large suites are *very* large and could benefit from a bit more furniture to make them even more comfortable for a larger group.

Such a grand hotel. Rooms are enormous. Really comfortable beds, great toiletries in bathroom. No aircon, but even though it was high 20's outside, the room stayed cool...we were on the back of the hotel, though, so I'm not sure if it would be the same on the front. Great choice at breakfast. Reception staff really helpful. The Spa area is huge and really impressive. Sauna, steam rooms, massage, big indoor pool, small outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Loafs of loungers inside and out. The downside was that the area where the indoor pool was located is absolutely boiling hot. It was a bit like walking into a cool sauna. The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning.

Just a small thing, but 3 nespresso machines in the breakfast room nowhere near enough. Waiting, at least, 5 mins every time to get a coffee.

Bkfst: very good, fresh produce, variety of choice, staff helpful Spa: nice, professional, excellent value Ski rental place might not be part of the hotel but it is a great asset. The attendant was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, willing, efficient and super nice. He is a star! I really think he deserves a nigger more updated place in the hotel. From all of the places HE EXCEEDED ANY EXPECTATIONS!

The shuttle system. One had to call the driver to come pick up. Inconvenient if you consider some do nit have free calls. Also kind if chaotic when different people from different locations were calling him at different, but close together times. I believe a schedule with set time to pick up at each location would be better and make more sense.

The hotel is gorgeous, decorated inside like a palace from 18th century. Spa facilities are superb (pool, jacuzzi, sauna..). Breakfast is very good. Children playground is life saving (for families with kids).

Too many non-working electric sockets in the room. It was difficult to find enough working sockets to charge 4-5 devices. The bath/shower isn't surrounded by any glass wall or curtain, so water is easily spilled all over. Renting a pool table in the shared area was relatively expensive (50 lei per hour), but more importantly, the provided cues were total junk.
