Clean, very nice location, spaceous rooms.

Not so nice personnel, the pool is in a separate building from the accomodation, we used the robes from our room at the pool so they were damp therefore we kindly asked at the reception to receive clean dry ones and it was told to us that we have to stay with these ones till the next day when the cleaning lady comes to our room and this isn’t such a big problem but when you pay 100E / night of accomodation you have some expectations.

Had generally great and friendly staff and nice things to do. Spa and restaurant where both really great.

-While we had some great staff members who really enjoyed what they do, there was a huge contrast with some other reception workers (a group of 3 youngers guys) that could work on their hospitality and friendlyness. -The last 2 days of our stay we had a uncle of my wife come over to visit, hence we opted in for the "three" people room, however the sleeping area for the third person is in reality a sofa (not even a foldable sofa bed). I expected a bit more.

Beautiful location, it creates a sense of intimacy. The proximity to both the city of Brașov and Poiana Brașov is a plus. Other than that , there is the incredible breakfast, the caviar, the proseco , the hamon, the cheescake, the pancakes, the romanian style bacon, and many more .The size of the rooms is also very good, the balcony is also very large. The heated pools , indoor and outdoor, which is the infinity type with an incredible mountain view, are very nice, and you have direct access to the saunas. The restaurant menu is very good.

The hole bear situation, it's not just for them, but for the entire region. Nobody gives any advice other than: "Beware, there are bears in the area." So if I am aware, the bear will stay away? Can you go for a stroll with the family in the nearby forest? But, again, it's not specific to these guys, it's the entire area.

The apartments are very nice (even though some building are not fully finished -they are still working on the halls), but very comfy and big. The view from our apartment was amaizing. Food really good and a variaty of choises. The spa was not entirely open when we went (sauna was closed), but the inside pool really nice. The outside infinity pool is quite small and I had greater expectations by seeing the phtos only.

The staff was not really friendly and the breakfast is very expensive. They provide a lot of options, but I would honestly prefer half of they offer for breakfast (e.g. shampaign at breakfast is really not necessary) at half of the price.

- Very difficult to find the reception and to get to the rooms (we had to go through several halls, buildings and parking lots) - The rooms need some improvements (you could see that the complex was built some time ago and there has been little improvement since then) - The building where the rooms are located is not directly connected to the building where the restaurant and SPA area are located (you have to go outside to get there) - The locker room in the SPA area was a bit crowded and you had nowhere to sit

I enjoyed staying at Silver Mountain, this being the second time. The breakfast is really fabulous and the outdoor pool from the spa has nice underwater couch with jacuzzi bubbles. I was also pleasantly surprised that the wifi issue from last year was fixed and that now wifi works: this is because on the property orange service is poor and one might not be able to talk on the phone from the room. Everything else was as expected.

The location is amazing, as the hotel is in the middle of nature. Its a huge complex with many amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. The (family) room was big, with everything needed. I would add a bottle opener for wine, beer, sodas and some napkins in the kitchenette. A sink would also be good in the kitchen to wash the used dishes.

The room was located at the first floor, therefore we had no view of the beautiful area or a balcony to sit outside. Also, because the room had only one window, it was quite dark inside during the day (I had to use the lights). Its a good room for resting/sleeping, its quiet and comfortable, but if you go there for an entire holiday, I would recommend getting a room with a view and/or balcony at a higher floor. The internet connection was not great, especially for those who need to work online.

I loved the food at the restaurant. Also the brunette girl who served us on Saturday/Sunday was very kind and humble.

One of the cleaning ladies (blonde hair) in the restaurant should’t be allowed to talk to the customer, she knows no respect. The restaurant was open until 11 p.m, last order at 10:30 so when we took a seat at the table at 10 she advised us already about the last order, like we were not welcomed. Also after the food was served, she started to sweep next to our table 🤔

The breakfast was great and mixed, there were also vegan options, like: Müsli, soy milk, fresh fruits, juices, zacusca, beaten beans, eggplant salad, French fries, compote, olives, raw cucumbers, raw tomatoes. The room was huge, had even a floor with a spectacular view over the forest and sunset. There were 2 beds, one couch, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. The spa was great, nothing to complain about. The parking spots were free, you can park outside or inside in the garage.

Not necessarily a minus, but to get to the spa, you have to go through the garage while being in flip-flops and bath suite. It can be fun when it's sunny and warm, but disturbing in rain, snow or cold.

Penthouse was awesome! Huge space, relatively clean. Food was great, breakfast and dinner very tasty. The Staff was the best part, very helpful and polite.

Penthouse heating is done via air conditioning and floor heating. This is fine but the downside is that the humidity in the room was very low. After the first night we all woke up with dried up throat and noses, very uncomfortable. Maybe we should've just kept the floor heating and turned off the AC. Also, the fact that you have to travel from your room to the spa/restaurant crossing the yard outside is def a minus for the overall experience.
