The placement is great, in a quiet but close to city center location. The room was very comfortable, hot water and tea also available in the room. Breakfast had plenty of food.

Everyone from the hotel was very nice, they accomodated any request we had ( for the room and for the breakfast).

We have just few recommendations regarding the room. There is a stopper made of metal in the room which is very close to the exit of the room. You could easily hurt yourself if you do not pay attention. It could be better to move it next to the furniture and change the material. Also, since the hotel is in the park, it could be good to have a filter for the balcony to avoid insects getting in.

Our room was comfortable and overlooked the park. There were enough places for parking our car. The location was also good. We walked to the old town in 20 minutes. The breakfast wasn't 4-star-worthy but still it was adequate. The hotel was obviously renovated some time in the past but you can see that they still kept some outdated and old furniture.

Although our room looked clean at first sight, we saw some long hairs on the bathroom floor :( Also the bathroom looks spacious in the booking.com photos but it is small and there is definitely no space to put anything on the wash basin unit, so don't be fooled by the bathroom photo. Also water pooled in the shower unit, which made me feel uncomfortable to take a shower there. Also, the pillows were not comfortable, they were too thin.

It was very friendly. All the people on the solution and in the restaurant were great. The hotel is clean. Good wireless internet. Breakfast is not fancy but sufficient.

In room 207 the shower stall is leaking. You get a puddle in the bathroom after a shower. Water without gas has long been given free of charge in good hotels. In Silva it was only in minibar for payment. "Cardboard" walls. Very poor soundproofing. I heard an alarm from the next room.

The hotel has a very good location close to the old city centre. Breakfast was very good and with plenty of food during the weekend. The room I booked was big enough for two persons.

Sometimes it could be some noise as some wedding parties are organized over weekends and during the workdays there is some activity on a construction site nearby. Also, on Tuesday morning we had to order breakfast and it felt as there were no leftovers from the last weekend's wedding. However, the breakfast was real good with fresh food.

Nice location, parking (for additional daily price), very polite staff, comfy room, tasty breakfast, comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, toiletries, nice terrace for breakfast and chilling. Quiet neighbourhood. Air conditioner.

Just when you enter the room you can feel a funny smell. Not sure where it comes from, either from the carpet or something else, but it's there, you can feel it. It's not a fresh smell, more like something that was staying there for a long time.

Next to the park, close to the city and they have lovely staff. If you like waking up to birds singing in the morning, this is great.

We found it strange to have to drive through the park a bit to get to the parking lot. Some drivers blocked the road, but that's of course not the hotel's fault.
