Good location

Problems with the heating system (the heating function ventilates only cold air). The remote control from the heating system is old and difficult to use due to the worn buttons. The windows do not insulate the noise well. The bathroom toilet area was not clean at all (pee smell)

Bright room with a balcony facing the city. Being located on the third floor, you had a very beautiful view of the city and the sunrise. Big beds and very confortable. Good breakfast and various. A nice atmosfere in the hotel and a lovely inner courtyard.

The entrance door is blocked by the hall door and you have to put it aside every time you want to enter or leave (when you leave you have to be careful not to hit someone). The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: there were peanuts and chips under the child's bed (the vacuum cleaner was not very good). The shelves of the clothes closet were occupied by the coffee machine and the safe, so the clothes stayed in the suitcase and on the chairs.

I liked very much the hotel - it is best placed right in the center of the city, close to the pedestrian area, it has comfortable beds, nice view over the city, we found parking places every day in the hotel parking, the personnel was exceptionally friendly and willing to help. The restaurant of the hotel is highly underrated - I do not know why they don't make extra efforts to promote it. The food was great, prices pretty ok versus the other restaurants in the area. The only thing I would definitely adjust is that they only serve dinner and not lunch. They even sent a complimentary bottle of wine to my mother who was celebrating her birthday.

The amount of money I paid because I got the rooms through Booking (even if I am a Genius level 2 client and have some allegedly good deals) was much higher than if I had booked the rooms directly with the hotel. The difference was around 60 Euros for 2 rooms per night.

Staff was nice. Location is very good.

Our room's door was next to the anti-fire door that lead to a hallway full of other rooms. People kept opening the anti-fire doors, which then blocked entrance and exit of our room. It was annoying. Also the room and furniture is kinda old. Clean, just very used.

The location

They can’t guarantee not reserve a parking lot for a client, as I was informed. Though when we came, we saw a lot of reservation signs on free parking lots in front of the hotel. This is a common issue for many hotels and such hotels are a no for me to come back. If a client is with a car and you have free parking spots reserved for someone else, this looks not good. I had to place my car to a public place and got hot by other car at night. This is the service of Continentals? no for me.

The location is amazing, with great access to parking as well as being next to the city center (but not in the crowded part), so it was very quiet. The room was nice and spacious with a nice view of the snow covered mountains.

The bathroom and its layout. I just could not understand why would anyone think that it’s a good idea not to have proper doors and just replace them with glass one with holes in them. Basically you cold hear everything (and almost see everything). There was no intimacy and it just felt odd. I am sorry that the bathroom ruins such a nice room.

Generally good. Great location. Good breakfast choice.

Glass walls around bathroom area for very poor privacy. Getting in and out of bath tub shower not that easy. No lighting in shower or toilet area. Sadly, generally a very poorly designed bathroom solution. Switching on bathroom light flooded bed area with light to disturb anyone still sleeping. Unable to separate the beds in the twin room further apart from each other.

The location of Continental Sibiu is excellent, right on the way to the old centre. Rooms are pretty big and breakfast was very good. A parking place is also provided, in front of the hotel, limited to the number of available places.

The general aspect of the rooms is quite old style and needs refrubishment. Also the premium room is not really what it should be, due to the low surface and location of the bathroom.

Location was great. On the very edge of the old town, we walked everywhere and could cycle out in the mornings quite easily. There was (paid) parking available in front of the hotel and a park next door. Any number of cafes and restaurant 2 minutes away. Service was fine, if a bit generic. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was really nice.

Great position and reserved parking, room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had a nice layout. Breakfast was SO rich, it was definitely to look forward to in the morning.

This is really minimal but some product they use for cleaning the carpet I think smelled a bit strong, but you can just air it up by opening the window.
