Every time we need to stay in Sibiu we chose this hotel. The rooms are quite big, the bed is very comfortable, the AC works well and it is not loudly. They have free private parking which can accommodate many vehicles so no reservation is needed. The hotel is locate near the city center, in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast is decent and the coffee is ok. The personnel is friendly. Overal it is a nice place to stay.

Everything is perfect

Hotel is situated outside the center, just a couple of minutes on foot will get you there. Staff is friendly and professional. The room was larger then we expected, very modern and very clean. Breakfast was more extensive compared to other hotels we stayed at.

TVs without Netflix. Parking places are limited and accessible directly from the roundabout (Free street parking is available just next to the hotel though). In the early morning, closing/slamming doors made quite some noise.

Everything went well, parking was plenty and free. room was big and nice, breakfast was good and hotel was central enough to be of walking distance to the center but really quiet during the evening.

The air conditioning was not working correctly. In wintertime the inside temperature was too hot and dry and we had to open the window often. But this was a minor problem, and this hotel was 3 times cheaper than Hilton for the New Year's Eve.

Very modern and cozy hotel, very close to the historic city center. The staff were exceptional, the restaurant as well, the breakfast was very tasteful and so diverse. The room was big and very clean, I was really happy to find such a gem in the beautiful city of Sibiu! I will definitely return here one day, as soon as the time comes! Ten Stars for this great accommodation! Congratulations!

The staff is friendly, hotel looks good, the balcony was huge, clean. Location was great, close to city center, about 10 minutes walking distance. The breakfast was ok but could be better. There are plenty of parking spots. Mini bar was decent, the bathroom has a window.

Breakfast was average, few options average quality. But fair for the price we paid for the room and breakfast. Shower head could be replaced, it had plenty of wear and tear as well as the nightstand on my part of the bed.

Nice big room, with a good size terrace. Parking was included and it was placed just in front of the hotel, that's a big plus. Good quality breakfast, with lots of choices.

Wi-Fi connection was not the greatest, could be better.

Poor lighting infront of elevator and stairs, room corridors; you need a flashlight to see your steps! nice welcome to me: entrapped at the elevator due to electrical problem!

I liked very much the room design and the bed was very confortable. Also the personal from there was very kind.

When we wanted to had a shower the water was cold. We expected to be hot for the price that we paid for a room for 1 night, but maybe there was a problem with the hot water at that time. Also, for the breakfast we expected to have a diversified one, but it wasn’t. I would say that the breakfast was one as for a 3 stars hotel.

Close location to the city centre. Plenty of free parking lots just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Big clean rooms.

Staff in the morning for breakfast seemed to be a little unmotivated to stock up pottery.

A welcoming place where you can feel very confortable. We were coming back to this hotel after one year and we were delighted to found out that the place remained a very good choice to stay in Sibiu.

We had a small issue related to the balcony door that was not perfectly closing.
