Great location behind the restaurant of the same name, on a very pretty street with lots of facilities. Just a couple of minutes walk to the central squares. Quiet room above the courtyard at the rear. Room was to good hotel standard. Modern well equipped bathroom. A good selection of breakfast was included from the restaurant menu. I only asked for a simple bread and cheese with a glass of OJ, and what I got was generous and attractively presented. My complements to the staff. They also looked after my luggage for a time.

Excellent location, right by the entrance of the old town. Everything is accessible by foot. The room was comfortable for a night, with amenities provided. 24/7 reception and convenience store available. The included breakfast was very good. There is paid public parking nearby and we had no trouble finding a spot, but might depend on luck sometimes.

We didn't have hot water, it was only lukewarm. We informed the person downstairs, told us to give it some time but after an hour nothing changed. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking, we couldn't hear it when we closed the bathroom door.

Great location right on the main pedestrian zone (street). Nevertheless it was a little bit challenging to find the entrance/reception (it is located in the small shop/sales window). It might have been mentioned in the instructions or hotel description (if it is, sorry, I missed it :-)) Breakfasts were ok - you can chose from menu at the restaurant taht belongs to the hotel.

Windows of the room were situated into the backyard where the restaurant staff getters for smoking breaks. So it was impossible to leave windows open without annoying smell in the room. As a non-smoking person it bothered me a little, because I love to sleep with open windows in the summer.

Location! At beginning edge of the old town made it very easy to find. Restaurant is very good. My room was large and spacious. It overlooked the street / plaza / restaurant but the windows sealed tightly so I didn’t hear noise. So it was fun to open the windows to check out the scene below and close them for privacy and quiet.

To reach my room I walk through a patio in which people smoke. Friendly, attentive personnel but their English was minimal.

Quaint and quirky - just what staying in Transylvania should be like ;-) Check-in at the cigarette kiosk under the arch at the front of the pension. The rooms are at the back on the first floor around a courtyard. The room was refurbished and comfortable with a large bathroom. It also had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. From the pension it is only a short walk to all the old town's sights. Good breakfast menu with (apparently) no limit on how many items you can have. The restaurant is good for other meals too. For a really traditional vibe and food, try the Crama Sibiul Vechi nearby.

Parking in Sibiu is a nightmare. In principle you can park all day for 10 lei but, unless you know the area like the back of your hand, finding a place is impossible. To avoid the frustration we used the Parking Cazarma 90 opposite the Hotel Continental Forum. At 2 lei per hour it is nearly five times as much! But it is still much cheaper than parking in most UK cities.

I loved our short break experience with my husband, my daughter and our friends. We had room no 5 which was very large, with windows facing the Main Street and Casa Frieda outside restaurant. My friends had room no 2 which was smaller, however, very nice placed too. We received complementary products in our room (shampoo, toothpaste,Toothbrush, shower gel). Both rooms look modest and perfect for families with children from my point of view. The breakfast was included in the price and was so fabulous, we probably overdone it ordered too many items such as mix omelettes (with cheese, mushrooms, and/or ham), Frankfurter sausages, butter, yummy jam, eggs with ham, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. A very great way to start the day. We received lots of info from staff about historical places and also visited the sky resort Paltinis. Thank you for making our 2 days stay perfect! Hopefully we will be back soon. 😍

The bathroom in room no 2 smells dreadful at times, we needed to have the door shut almost all the time, so maybe you can address this issue in the future, perhaps it is the drain? However, this doesn’t mean that the accommodation is not a 5 stars ⭐️, we loved it anyway. The shower in room no 5 is liking on the bathroom floors if the shower is longer than 2-3 minutes and the water might end up in the carpets of the room even with the door shut. This problem may be addressed too, but, again, this didn’t ruin our little stay. 5 stars all the way through! Thank you again.

I liked that is a very central location, with the restaurant downstairs The staff was super friendly The room spacious, clean, bathroom very big The room was very well heated.

A bit different for me was the reception being in the street somehow, on a small convenience store:)), but i think only to be marked better would be sufficient.

location, friendly stuff, breakfast we have ordered a room with double bed and because of the child we have got a room with double bed and sofa, a pleasant surprise. plus the windows of the room got out to the street, not to the internal yard with so much joise, thanks for that as well

Great location on the pedestrian area of Sibiu. The hotel has a nice restaurant , which we enjoyed and their included breakfast was from the menu , not buffet, which was very nice too. The bathroom was well lit and modern. Definitely a super find and value.

Can't complain for the price and location but the room was old and worn.

Location is perfect, on the square and nearby attractions. The people who run this place is lovely, they were helpful and let us keep the luggage since we got so early. The room is classic, the bed was comfortable, huge toilet/shower. Free complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend it. There was Christmas Market when we were there in mid Nov. Pay attention that you need to go to the tabacco shop that infront of restaurant and let them know about your booking. Easy peasy.

Maybe a kettle in the room? Other than that all perfect
