Quality Customer Service. From the moment you step in the hotel, all the staffs are very professional and friendly. Everything was explained to us upon checking .Our room Was amazing too with an amazing view. We had some lovely fruits and cakes brought to our room I guess as a welcome gesture which was so lovely. We also had access to the executive lounge which has a roof top area with a breathtaking view.The food and drinks in the executive Lounge were delicious! We made use of the pool , sauna and tennis court which were all amazing ! The staff near the pool were also lovely , kindly offering to use our phones to take picture of us together in the pool !

The food selection within the hotel, Filini, Lardi and the others are fantastic. The view of the city is amazing. Fantastic bed and pillows, exceptional customer service too. Plus it’s in close proximity to all the fun you need in Kigali

I like the water conservation idea of using rain water to flush toilets, however I don’t like the smell or color it leaves behind. Maybe, they can try treating the water. Also we observed a lot of bees on the premises, so if you have bee allergies, it’s best to come prepared. Asides that everything else was superb.

Breakfast, location and restaurants were good. The hotel overall had a great atmosphere. The business lounge was a good bonus. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Extremely slow check in process and no one helped me with the bags. The egg section staff At breakfast I think were overwhelmed and very unfriendly. Constant security scanning even for hotel guests. The officer had to open the pizza box to make sure it’s a pizza. You could better scan it than insist on opening the food. The hotel has so many staff. Some are very friendly and helpful, some are really not.

Radisson Blu is always a great choice for a relaxing stay in Kigali. The panoramic views are breathtaking, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. The only minor issue I encountered was that sometimes the water from the shower would come out and make the room a bit dirty before it was cleaned. However, overall, it was still a fantastic experience!

Amazing Service. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, super comfy beds and I received a large plate with fresh fruits on the room. The diversity and quality of the breakfast was simply crazy. I have never seen a hotel breakfast in this dimension before

I don’t like the fact that there’s no bell ,one of the worker barge in without knocking cos he has an access card to the room.Another one did while i was in the bathroom thankfully i had the robe on else he would have seen me naked.Kindly look into it and make sure it is fixed.

Lambert attended to us at check-in on our arrival, and he was exceptional. he was thoughtful, patient, and resourceful. He was caring over and beyond his duty. I truly commend him. He left us with a fantastic impression of the hotel. I loved the comfort of the bed too. despite being in a new place and a new country, i slept so sweetly from the first night.

There was no lunch buffet except in a separate restaurant.

We were doing a staycation before school and work begin again. We live in Rwanda. It was great and the kids were genuinely sad to leave. The reception was wonderful, the food was great and the room roomy, clean and comfortable. The shower was great! And we loved being right next to the Convention Center. It was a great view for the kids to see it lot up so closely.

The only small discomfort was the pillows. Too soft and flat so we stacked them. The pool person also made an assumption that my son couldn't swim based on him playing in the kiddie pool with his sister and told him to stay out of the bigger pool. I was present and he was a bit rude and could have simply asked me if he could swim.

Excellent hotel for a business stay, no more words needed. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Probably because of its location on the grounds of the conference centre, too much security to my liking - to have an xray check for my little backpack every time I enter a hotel is really too much of a good thing. (And don't tell me this is for my own good, I am a security expert by profession: this is security theatre, as we say.)

Amazing facilities and a superior business lounge for hosting face to face meetings. The food was great too!

The gym opens late for early birds, it had no drinking water. There's no written directions on times for gym opening/closing, spa or swimming. But that's just small stuff. The staff smile and appear friendly but it doesn't feel genuine, sorry to say that.
