this is a good reasonably small hotel, with friendly staff. We had a room with a balcony, Our daughter's room faced a brick wall with no view. The breakfast was better than we thought. There is plenty of parking outside. There are good coffee shops just round the corner.

When I booked the hotel looking on the map I thought I would see life going on at sea. This is not the case nothing seemed to happen out at sea. From anywhere on the corniche you see the sea but no boats etc. At the end of the corniche there is an area with lots of restaurants you pay to enter that is so busy you cannot get a table at peak times.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I found to be very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and available around the clock. There's even a restaurant on-site, which was handy for lunch and dinner. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view during breakfast. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and perfect for getting some work done. Best of all, the internet connection was lightning-fast. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

There was a miscommunication between the restaurant and the front office which caused a delay in my check-out. I had already paid for everything I consumed outside of my initial booking the day before I left the hotel, but this information was not properly communicated.

I stayed the night there although I am living on the street behind it. I needed a night off and this hotel was the best option!! The warm welcome I got from the kind receptionist “Sabah” once she knew i was feeling down, she truly acted nice to me and upgraded my booking to a room with a sea view and balcony to get some fresh air and calm down. Secondly, the room is REALLY big, neat, cozy and comfortable. Bell boy is very respectful and kind .. room service is outstanding, location is fantastic!! Opposite of the beach and near to nice coffee shops and restaurants!! Absolutely a safe place to stay in. Lastly, if i would come back and stay another night, it is because of Sabah and her kindness.. She is the best!!! Thank you so much for making me feel better. 5 stars hotel for me. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It would be hard to tell anything bad. I would say in this price category it was my best experience. Hotels used to ask for 2x money for this quality, so that is great that Park Inn concentrates more on customer satisfaction and letting accessible quality vs just profit oriented for themselves. The room was perfect, big, everything in it. I foind nothing as missing. The lights at the bed were fun, first time that I saw such in a hotel, maybe just a bit similar, in Korea. I tried the dinner meals too, both the soup and the pizza were fantastic, including the service. They are funny too, so food mood is guaranteed. :)

The aircon was a bit too loud, but they will check.. Earplugs solved the issue anyways.

Had issue on the first night with the room I booked, it wasn’t ready when I checked in. When it was ready, the AC was broken so we had to change rooms twice. The staff were helpful and patient when dealing with the problem though, and was refunded for the night. The remaining of the stay was great with no issues.

Room size, size and cleanness of the bathroom peacefulness bathroom design and the items, as well. Nice staff, both the guy and the two girls whose name I wish I could remember to add here.

Mirror table was clean from outside but when I pull out the hidden part I found some hair available. cleaner should be careful to check the inside part of it as this incident cause some bad feeling in me at that moment. Thank you

The reception, location and facilities were all very good. The room was big and clean. They gave me an extension for extra 1 hour for check out. Since my flight was at late night, I could spend time in their cafe without any disturbance and a coffee to complete some unfinished work.

Can do better with lighting. Also, the gym was opening at 9am only. If they can open it a bit early, say around 6 or 7, could get a better start for the day

Mostly everything was fine during my short stay. Location, staff politeness and the free upgrade.

Well,,, 2 nights is not long enough to give fair judgement, but I didn’t like the insistence of a certain employee to not provide my asthmatic daughter with a normal non wool blanket which came as a surprise to other staff members.

The room lighting was very neat and I love how they use the space to link working area and the bed. It feel really cosy. The staffs were amazingly nice and the breakfast is amazing. Lots of variety and all nice to try

Nothing really. We enjoyed our trip here first time in Dammam, definitely a great hotel for work or leisure.

Cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of staff. Prompt response to queries. On arrival i wanted to shower there was no hot water, called reception, it was sorted within 20min.

Food can be improved a bit. Ordered a beef steak for supper, it was dry and hard, not juicy.
