The suite we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, which was definitely a plus. However, I found the overall cost to be on the expensive side considering what was offered. One particular incident left a sour note in an otherwise decent stay. While discussing the possibility of extending our booking with a male receptionist, a female staff member who was not involved in the conversation abruptly joined in, offering unsolicited opinions and interfering with our discussion. This intrusion felt rude and unprofessional, as she didn't have context or permission to participate in our conversation. Unfortunately, this unwanted interference led us to cancel our booking extension altogether. Although I do not know the name of the staff member who interfered, I believe the hotel management could potentially identify her through CCTV footage. It is worth noting that our decision to cancel the extension occurred shortly after this incident. Despite this unpleasant experience with the staff member, the rest of the hotel services were satisfactory. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure that guests receive the level of privacy and professionalism they expect during their stay. Overall, our experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with the unwelcome interference being the main downside of an otherwise good stay.

Helpful and professional staff. Specious room. Its beyond my expectations. I ordered special requests to my room for a unique occasion and they did it professionally & elegantly. Many thanks to the staff and special thanks for the lady in red. More over, they have Many choices of international restaurants in the hotel.

Only one small thing that it’s near to the main road. So, you nees to drive by car to reach the attractions or the beach.

I had an incident where I lost my wallet and as soon as I called the Hotel receiptionest she assured me that the staff will do their best to find it. It took her a few minutes to get back to me and I was instructed to come over and collect lost wallet right away. Location for me were satisfying Free cold beverages was a nice gesture from the hotel Check out process was speedy which I liked more than check in Valet parking was good

No variety in the food options especially for vegetarins Although I was amazed by the house keeping services integrity, it took me more than 40 minutes to wait in the lobby till I got my lost wallet

My room was an executive room near the service lift, so it was noisy. so they did an upgrade to a sweet. We enjoyed it. The breakfast was on the roof but the decoration was old-fashioned and the food was less than average. They need to improve their bakery and redecorate the restaurant.

Room service was not good enough We ordered desert and saudi coffee , we waited for 30 minutes whenever i called room service again they said kitchen is closed Room cleaning was not good they didn’t changed the towels till I asked to do so What I liked alot was the breakfast especially chef khloud she was nice and made me a very nice scrambled egg

I loved Everything in this Hotel. Location, Staff, Comfortable, Room Design, spacious, Very Valuable , I want also to thank the gentleman who worked in the reception. I requested the hotel to do some arrangement in the room for a special surprise. The room were outstanding and the view was amazing and we had an exceptional experience. Definitely and 100% will consider this hotel in all my reservations in the future.

Over priced breakfast. My only negative comment is that I thought the breakfast was far too expensive, the most I have ever seen in all the hotels I have stayed in , other than this It was brilliant £60 for 2 is not good advice

The room design was outstanding with very comfortable bed, breakfast was very good, spa was nice also.

Internet connection was not good. One night I woke up at 3 am because TV switched on by itself, which was very strange. We ordered pick-up from the airport and had to wait outside for half an hour for the car to arrive.

1-the size of the room 2-Large bathroom size 2-the hospitality and the hotel staff 3-free water and soft drinks in the fridge 4-hotel facilities (like: swimming pool, coffee shop area)

1-the furniture was not that clean 2-the kitchen is missing microwave, eating plates, frying pan 3-the car park is too tight, and the entrance and exit slop is too steep

Its new and clean hotel..the rooms are nice toilet spacious.. the best thing in the hotel was the staff.. they are so helpful, smiling and welcoming all the time.. from the valet parking guys to the reception.. specially Mr Kawthar he was so helpful and friendly the time..
