This hotel is very central to all I need and my relatives and friends. Staff are generally friendly

1st. No answer in the room service number and the call doesn’t automatically go to front desk if unanswered like other hotels. 2. The server wanted cash and was a bit pushy about it but I never had,and offered no receipt. 3. I am very used to being called as a reminder for check-out, but today it was as if I was chased. Suggestion to give staff customer engagement scripts if language translations are challenges in a multilingual environment.

Very clean and professionally maintained room. I stayed in old building in a room with good ventilation and view. The weather was nice. We enjoyed the fresh breeze therein. Thank you Khalid and Zainab for all the time and help at reception desk. Everything in continetal breakfast was amazing, well prepared and presented. Yasin and rest of staff are very good there.

The check in time as there was a queue and only 1 staff was there to accommodate. Gym needs good maintenance please.

The Hotel is great. All Staff are professional and supportive, very willing to serve you and help as much as they can. I really felt comfortable and would certainly go back there whenever I can.

location was close to my office. quiet area away from traffic congestion. using the right exits , the location is good to commute to/from the airport. central location between Dammam, AlKhobar, Dhahran

Overall things were ok for a short business trip, however based on my past trips some of the rooms in the old section of the building need refurbishment

Pls consider adjusting the spray of the water system in the garden. I washed my car before check in and then it got wet and looked terrible (according to me)

close to the meeting place. I asked for a very late check out which wasn’t a problem at all.

I wanted a taxi to the airport. they called someone which I think just was just a friend and they charged me to much. I had to get my flight so didn’t have another option.

Under the circumstances (renovations), nothing really. But had to use off-street parking which I understand.

Pls have the staff check the linen and not use stained linen and the tv channels need sorting - I’m English and there was no MBC 2 only MBC Action

Very helpful reception staff. Helped me arrange transport in short notice and was professional at check in.

Wifi wasn't working in the room during my stay. Did not receive IP on DHCP.

The general cleanliness of the hotel. The reception area was very smart and inviting. Friendly staff.
