The hotel was neat and clean, the facilities provided fulfilled our requirements as we could not have asked for more. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and tasty. The hotel is located at a central location sorrounded by restaurants of various cousine. The staff were very friendly and smiling (very rare these days), the receptionist lady was welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. Originally our booking was for a room with a queen size bed, but the hotel was generous enough to offer us a free upgrade for a junior Suite. We enjoyed our stay here and would be surely selecting Warwick hotel for our stay should we visit Dammam or Khobar in the future.

The hotel is situated at a very busy road and we could hear the traffic noise even though the windows were closed. However, we got used to it soon. The hotel cannot be blamed for this, as we could have guessed it beforehand by looking at the location. It was rather a minor inconvenience that got adjusted by time.

The hotel is excellent. Located very close to the promenade on the beach (The corniche) and quick access to Souq (market), restaurants, bars and shops. The staff is very friendly. On the roof there is a swimming pool and a bar, nice area for sitting enjoying evening. The lobby is nicely decorated, Arabic coffee and dates are available. The breakfast is rich and tasty. There is also a chef who prepares different omelettes for you. Our stay was really comfortable - they gave us a free room upgrade. The room therefore had an additional space - a living room with a small kitchen. The rooms are otherwise spacious, nicely decorated and clean. There is a water heater, free coffee, tea and water in the room. Excellent Turkish coffee is served on the terrace.

I was welcome with Arabic coffe and dates Breakfast is good with most of the options, but seat /table was not comfortable Counter staff, attitude very positive- especially sara When I ask for a working chair, it was supplied immediately All toiletteris available in bathroom- but wash basin exterior was torn out The room I selected was small where as they have very comfortable suite room All type of food, grocery, coffe shops are available

The room working table was not comfortable as I was in a Bz trip and to use my laptop

I had an excellent stay at the Naviti Warwick Dammam. It was a great place to stay with family, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. The location is quiet and the property is very clean. The hotel was excellent. Even better than expected, it was. The cost was fantastic, including breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Dammam , will be back in a month!

The majority of everything

The hotel is very good with good staff and facilities. The place is neat and clean. They even offered complimentary fruits in addition to water and coffee. The breakfast is good. The hotel location is good if you plan to stay in dammam. There are couple of good restuarants if you want to eat outside. The hotel has room service.

Initially there was hiccup in wifi connection which was sorted out. Nothing negative as such.

You only know the level of support and service, once you encounter an issue, It is an Expcetional great service and support tackling my payment issue thanks to the on spot action and response by Mr. Ibrahim Elbayely, It was my first visit and for sure won't be the last. It's top recommended hotel to anyone visiting Dammam for business or leisure

location is central the corniche is near which is nice the jacuzzi as always is great and a good price for the stay

they provided very little water for the room and were hesitant to provide more. I don't know why they couldn't have just kept many 2L bottles of water so we don't call and ask every time the water in the bathroom was extremely hot there is no cold or a comfortable temperature for water at all if you take a bath you burn

The size of the room, wooden floor for my daughter to play around without any issues, microwave/stove, the 2 flat screens, underground parking specially for the guests made things very convenient. The location is also perfect as their are places for the family to eat out like mcdonalds/baskin Robin's/kfc on walking distance. Also the staff was extra helpful gave me early checkin. Also the choice of fixture was perfect vs the price. I would love to stay here again and really want the propety to further keep discounted prices.

The only advice i would give is to provide better channels and hdmi cable connectivity for guests to connect their laptops or use android screens so that one can use youtube etc on the TV. Also underground parking place seems less hence can be looked into for future plus welcome drink/a small piece of chocolate after every room service etc could be good tips for better consumer experience.

The jacuzzi was the best thing, the toiletries, the kitchen , the comfort was good

We choosed the room with jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was awesome but the shower didn’t work well, also there is no stand to hang the shower but only hold it

To be honest, I stayed there 2nd time and its really amazing. Staff is really nice and available for any help. Its one of the best hotel in Dammam. I wish to stay again during my next vacations. Keep up the good work Team Naviti Warwick Dammam! Appreciated !

I think breakfast menu should have a little Asian food touch as well.
