the Saudi stuff were super friendly and helpful. enjoyed my weekend gateway with the family. the rooms were very nice and large space this was excellent value for money the room included normal size bathroom but very big room with a living room all on open space

location was a bit far from the most shopping malls but it is linked to lulu mall it is mainly a supermarket but has a lot of options too and the fact that it doesn’t have a kitchenette

The women’s only facilities were exceptional. It catered to all the needs and was very useful having it all within the hotel. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and the food was fresh and tasty. Location is excellent, very family friendly and would definitely stay again.

The women’s fitness centre did not have enough variety with heavier weights, a bench or the smith machine like the mixed gym. It was extremely basic and very cardio based. The laundry prices were also very high and if you are staying long with the family there is no in room washing machine option. There is no microwave in the kitchen for the 3 bedroom apartment.

Everything was good,, Room service supervisor visited to my room twice during my stay to check on if everything is going well or do I need any futher help. Futhermore room attendant KOLIM knows how to keep the room fresh and clean.. except he was using the same cloth to clean the tables and the tea cups and on my last day I found two small hairs in the cup and it was due to that cloth I guess.

I feel awkward same cloth is being used to clean the tables and tea cups to wipe the water after washing.and thus it's make the washed tea cups unhygienic and dirty....@Room service Manager Kalam please look into this.

Some of the nicest friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered. I stayed in my room most of my duration and had dnd on the door. The staff would see me in the hallway and always ensure I didn't need anything for my room. Abul-Khair went out of his way to clean my room that extra little bit to a 5 star level. The food was excellent and everyday was something different for breakfast with fresh filter coffee. The manager- Raju went out of his way to greet every guest with a handshake and ensure their meal was to their liking. He even cooked my eggs. Room service was above what I expected. Great taste. Seafood pasta was amazing for room service. The value for money was the same as fast food but real healthy food. I would definitely stay here again given the chance. Facilities are also good with a well equipped gym with half floor yoga matts and standing boxing bags. The pool was always well kept and clean. My room was great and the bed was as comfy as home. Shower was a great temperature... As hot as you needed. Just what a seafarer needed after a long trip offshore.

it was really a nice stay with a kind of homely atmosphere , friendly staffs and cleanly environment. Especially a big applause to the cleaning staff in 2nd floor, Mr. Kalimuddin who always ensure that my requirements are met and everything is been taken care. such staffs are great asset to any organization they work for. It was my third consecutive year visiting Wyndham garden during Eid holidays. we will visit again. Thank you all and Thank you Amal Mohammed(Reservation Manager) for the smooth arrangement of early checkin with out hussles that too during peak season time.

don't often write reviews, but this hotel stands out from our tour of the Middle East. The breakfast is plentiful, rooms are very well equipped, five star level, the pool is clean, closely monitored, perfect relaxation point after a long day. I would especially like to highlight the work of HK Rasel's helpful attitude and the fact that we were given suite #310 free of charge, which would have fit about 6 people without any problems. LuLu market is in the building, so you can buy about anything until late in the evening without having to go out in the heat.

1- The vibes where very aesthetic and comfortable 2- And the bed was clean and soft the the bathroom looked nice and the toilet had good flushing 3- The cleaning staff are great 4- very easy access to lulu and the rest of the mall

1- The cheap body wash and shampoo 2- Room is not sound proof And you can hear sounds outside of the room at night ("pipes", "next door mall", "people walking around") 3- close to server's room and other utilities rooms

The swimming pool need to be cleaned because it was awful and the toilets are very small for the room we chosen.
