Very good location, with access to highway, near to shopping mall and hyper market, good, new and well maintained clean property. The complimentary karkade juice and water is definitely a plus. Food in the breakfast is good and nice variety. The egg station chef, service and their omelettes are wonderful.

Vehicle Entrance is narrow and needs to be slightly modified. Bed is soft and comfortable for short time. Not very good for the back on overnight sleeping, especially if you stay many days. Television channels need more international variety for News, Entertainment and Sports. Internet speed fluctuates. Bathrooms are well appointed but cramped toilet area.

It was a good stay as we spent around 12 hours while travelling to Bahrain.

There is no valet parking available, so you will need to drop off your family and park in the basement. Emergency parking is not permitted in front of the hotel. You will need to use the lifts to come to reception, which may take several minutes. In the morning, housekeeping was unresponsive despite our 6 to 7 calls. Additionally, the bathing shower system was confusing, and the hand shower was not working.

Almost everything was perfect in the hotel - location, room, wifi, parking, clealiness, bfast and staff. Special shout out to Searen (one of the receptionist)she is very knowledgeable and accommodating..

Timing in the pool - ladies timing is separate with gents (which is understood) however during our time (gents) there are so many kids along with their mother and nanny. I would suggest that there should also be a timing for Family or don't give any timing at all.

Staff, facilities and room were positively exceptional. Reception staff all in all and specially receptionist Ms. Serean were supportive and welcoming in a very pleasant way . Room service staff are professional and helpful. 24 hours F&B are available and their services done in no time. Kids area and parking are spacious.

Dinner and breakfast buffet can be way better for both quality and variety.

The facility and location is pretty good. Easy access to commute. The staff and room service was amazing and very quick. The guy Ali at the reception was very kind with us who upon our check-in upgraded us to presidential suite and made sure that we have a great stay.

The view from the room was not great and there were workers near by so it was noisy from early hours in the morning (around 5am), apart from that it was a good stay and I plan to come back with my family Enshallah!

Good, quiet , clean, restaurant has varieties.

Staff are great, however, no body answers the call. You need to jump to reception to address what you want. It could be shortage of employees or something I don’t know. I am sure they will work on it.

Nice new hotel. Staff are pleasant and ready to help. Hotel GM Mr. Moataz was following every detail and curious to check that I was satisfied with the stay. Saleh, the receptionist is fantastic guy as well as other receptionists.

Guys at the entrance (billboys) need to be more helpfull and pleasant with guests. Just need some training. They are always sitting busy with their phones.

The hotel is a few minutes from Aramco Dharan main camp and has easy access to all Dharan Malls. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is abundant, and many food varieties meet most people's choices.

The gap between the room door and the floor was bringing light from outside, disturbing my sleep for the first day, but I managed to block it with a towel.

Overall the experience was great, thanks to Mr. Fahed and Miss. Serean at the reception for the great welcoming and helping check in/out, the rest of the staff was also great. The breakfast was excellent as well and the staff in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful specially the omelette cook.

Maybe a change in the variety of main dishes in breakfast menu will make it more appealing.
