I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Radisson Blu Residence. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. To my surprise, they even upgraded my booking to a more luxurious room, which was a delightful bonus. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Throughout my stay, the staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any requests or inquiries I had. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Our family had an incredible experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and our requests were addressed quickly. Arwa, Nawar, and Saad were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the residence, and my kids had one of their best experiences ever.

The breakfast was a bit basic for a 4-star property, but it was still satisfactory.

The property itself was nicely laid out and conveniently located. Did not feel that there was any cost cutting in the making of the room/suit, it was well thought through and finished in good quality and everything I would need was already there. The reception and staff's treatment was exceptional, i really appreciated their politeness, professionalism, and understanding. Upon arrival i was greeted with an upgrade to a very spacious suite. My booking did not include breakfast but i was still provided with a complimentary breakfast. I was granted a late check out upon my request and was given an additional late checkout all without any additional charges, and above all the rate per night was very reasonable (even without the upgrade). This hotel has definitely become my go to accommodation in Khobar.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent close to different cafes and restaurants.

A big and beautiful lobby is missing since it is apartment style residence. Windows of my room were looking to the main hall with no sunlight entering the room.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The service is consistently great as usual with no issues, and the room is well maintained and cleaned. It has become my first choice accommodation when visiting Khobar as the location is great and it has everything i need.

The parking situation is tricky as i would often have to spend time looking or waiting for a spot to free up.

The staff were awful! The espresso machine didn't work and I asked them to fix it, it took them a whole day to come and when they finally replaced it I made a coffee and the machine broke again! I called asking for a fork and they brought it after 4 hours no joke! And the girl at the reception has an attitude every time I call to remind them to bring the stuf.
