Rooms are so big, very rare to see this size in other hotels and a very friendly team.

If you park your car at the front side of the hotel then you need to pay for the parking facility. There is no sign to explain that so most of the visitors who are not familiar with this (like me) they would not know that they need to pay. Next day I didn't find my car, it was towed. I which the hotel reception to start alerting the guests that they need to pay for the front parking so they don't suffer like me.

The staff are very approachable and very accommodating. Specially on the front desk. They are very friendly which i really liked. We came late and we asked if we could check out late and they approved my request. They also give us a very nice room. It’s my first time to visit in Alkhobar. And one of the best hotel in the city is crowne plaza. Thank you so much and i will definitely come back again.🙂

1- Deluxe King room was quite spacious, with a sitting area as in the pictures. 2- Toilet was also spacious with a shower cabin & tub. 3- Hotel is very clean & well maintained. 4- Location is quite good. 5- Relatively good value for money.

1- Wifi was not working. I informed the housekeeping staff who sent the engineer & wasn’t able to fix the problem.

Initially was given wrong room, but they fixed it within 2 hrs as the hotel was very busy. Mr. Saad was courteous and handled it well. The swimming pool area should be more cleaner but overall this hotel feels more like 4 star. I was given additional bed which really helped. The rooms with queen bed are not very big beds. They can only fit one person or 1 adult with a small child. I believe they should give 2 King size Beds.

No breakfast included. Lighting is very dull in the room. Need to have a handwash dispenser in bathroom.

Room is spacious and properly organized which made my stay very comfortable. Showers and tub are working properly, bulk amenities, very helpful staff, especially Philip, who assisted me in all my concerns.

Pool area is a bit small and sauna. Breakfast was bland and few selections, elevator is kinda old and not that efficient when inserting the key card to operate.

Elevator is mad, also the room service people is not up to the mark, he given us blanket which have blood stain, then we ordered another.

Everything here is very good value for money especially the staff here were very cooperative. The person on the pull gym side here is also a very kind hearted person with special cooperation

Even when I came here twice, the steam bath here was not working properly

Reception staff very unresponsible. I forgotten my Iqama while cheek in and they didn't returned my Iqama. After one day I check out and back to Jubail. I called 20-times to conform my Iqama, but no one answered. Then I go back Khobar and get my Iqama.

The staff's are great from reception to house keeping. Shout out to Faisal the pool attendant, he was very accommodating. Thumbs up brother 👍

The security needs to be attentive about how the guest parked their car.

The Lady at the reception that checked me in, was fast, exceptional, top notch service, friendly and helpful. I am a member of IHG. But this Crown Plaza is one of the best IHG hotels I have used in the world. The staff are customer friendly. Saudi Arabians are also good people. Very welcoming.
