Regular visitor, this is my preferred place of stay in Khobar whenever I come for work or short stay with family. Location, service, food, check in/out, rooms and cleanliness, ambience all are as per expectations.

They have modified the shower cubicles which earlier used to let out water in the bathroom, so that’s good. TV channels still need to be changed and added with more international channels and better signal reception. Parkjng needs to be improved with shaded parking around the building, since there are only 7 narrow spots with pillars inside the building. Gym/Spa needs to be upgraded and made functional.

I have stayed here before and chose this again because of the location, service, convenience and comfort. Rooms, lobby and corridor are very clean and of good standards. Front Office staff [especially Mr Garamallah] extremely courteous and assistive. Breakfast is one of the best in this star category. Room Service is good, and housekeeping is something to be really mentioned, they are always available on-demand and not only on fixed timings as in other hotels. Very convenient. Laundry service also is very quick and prompt.

The shower cubicle could be better maintained, they need a soap/shampoo tray inside, and proper insulation in the glass partition bottom, to avoid water seepage outside the cubicle in the bathroom. TV channels need to be more international and with better reception... had highlighted this in the previous visit also. Swimming Pool and Gym facilities are limited and good for children. Covered Parking outside is required in summer as the inside parking is very limited.

The hotel is accessible to taxis and nearby Lulu and other places of interests like Rahmaniya and the corniche area. Our room could have been perfect except for the bad smell coming from the airconditioning. Breakfast was not that too many choices. It caters more to Indian clients. Hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Very clean facilities. Will definitely go back.

Bad smell in our room because of the airconditioning system. We had to turn it off. The bathroom gets flooded with water when you shower. It was so bad and the flooring was so slippery dangerous when wet we had to use the towels to dry it. The bed mattress wasnt that comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Naviti Warwick hotel, and I must say it was a truly remarkable experience. The courteous staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. From the moment I checked in, their warm welcome and attentive service left a lasting impression. The rooms at Naviti Warwick were not only comfortable but also elegantly designed. The attention to detail was evident, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I felt like I was in a home away from home. What truly stood out was the quality of service. The staff were always ready to assist with a smile, making sure all my needs were met promptly. Whether it was dining recommendations or arranging activities, their knowledge and dedication were remarkable. The hotel's location is stunning, with breathtaking views. It's a paradise for anyone seeking relaxation and natural beauty. Overall, my stay at Naviti Warwick was a delightful experience. I can't recommend it enough for those seeking courteous staff, top-notch service, and comfortable rooms in a beautiful setting. I'll definitely be returning for another memorable stay. In the end I would like to say thanks to Mr Mostafa (Front office manager). Overall 5 star for the hotel.

My default location in Khobar, unless I am trying out something newer. Good location and access, right pricing and value, neat and cozy rooms, good housekeeping.

Food has become monotonous in the breakfast, needs a change especially in the main dishes. The limited indoor parking issue needs to be sorted out, by installing shades around periphery of the building. If there’s a plan, increase the size of health club (swimming pool and gym).

The receptionist Deema, her hospitality and openness. She asked my feedback about the stay and I said, there is a bad smell on the room I stayed and she apologize for it and I just said monitor the room cleaning.

Cleaning can be improved and the monitoring of the coffee machine at the resto (2nd time), it is not only me who waited for the coffee there were other guest who waited for the coffee. Naviti Dammam have options to coffee sachet.

Location of the hotel was good, room was neat and clean, staff was friendly and took calls and acted immediately. Housekeeping was perfect. The swimming pool was an added advantage for us; my son enjoyed a lot.

The room didn't have smart TV connected to the internet. My son had to access YouTube only on his phone. The TV not connected to the internet is useless these days. Breakfast was ok with limited options.

Hotel maintains good hygiene standards, the staff provides good service, and the location is great.

The mattress quality at the hotel requires improvement. They lacked firmness, causing a sinking sensation and discomfort when lying down. It would be beneficial to offer an alternative to spring mattresses, as not everyone finds them comfortable. Additionally, Please consider incorporating different mattress options (Spring or regular) to cater to guest preferences and enhance the overall guest experience.

The location of the hotel, is what I liked the most. Its near to the sea, and the Khubar downtown. In few minutes you can reach to the sea walk and enjoy the delicious food and beverage in restaurants and coffee shops.

It was a holiday in KSA (EID break) and the rooms was all booked which makes staff over occupied and not able to give the support required. Also breakfast time was too early "its holiday who wakes up 6am for breakfast, while people sleep too late on holidays" and since the rooms was all booked, breakfast waiting was long as the restaurant area is not big enough to accommodate all residence at the hotel.

I like the hotel for its accessibility to the malls, supermarket, parks and transportations. The rooms are cozy and very clean. The bed is comfortable.

Breakfast does not have too much options. There should be Continental or American breakfast. The bathroom area isn't well planned. The shower enclosure leaks of water. Water comes out making the outside too wet.
